The game occurred tonight and for your info BOY, Milan beat Lexington 11-10, and guess what, they pitched their ace and we pitched um.......A FRESHMAN who struck out 14 in 8 innings pitched....if that ain't good then I don't know what is. They played a tough game but we wanted it more and got it. So you need to think before opening that mouth of yours!

Milan Bulldogs JV is definitely the best. They've been undefeated for the past two years beat everyone by at least 8-10 runs. But the only teams they had trouble with were Lexington and Dyer Co., but they didn't bring their A game against Dyer Co.

Ok, first off the game won't be a blowout. Last time we played they beat us 6-4 and if that's a blowout, you're a freaking idiot. And another thing, everyone thinks just because Maness is back, he's gonna shut us down. Well my thoughts on that are that we will hit him just as well as anyone else around here. I know that if we can hit Philip Utley from JCM, we can pretty much hit anyone. Don't get me wrong Maness and the rest of Lexington are tough, but we'll give them a run for their money.

I think the game will be a close one....Lexington kicked our tail the first time we played them, and then a week later we almost pulled out a victory against them losing 6-4. So I believe this will be a great game, and as far as my prediction, Lexington will come out on top. Good luck to both teams.

The guy that got hurt chipped a bone in his hand and it did some pretty bad stuff to it. He had to have surgery Thursday morning to have a screw put in it to hold it in place. His name is Brennen Ward and he is a very good infielder....he will be a strong player within the next couple of years.

I play for Milan and I can honestly say we should've won that game. However, Lexington did play a very solid game. But if it hadn't been for the first inning, I believe we would've won. But none the less, good job Lexington and good luck!

Ok look....I play for Milan...our field was extremely wet. Our softball team had the gym today because their softball game was cancelled. So that's why we were on the field. And if you're trying to say we're scared to play Lexington, guess again, pal. We want Lexington just as bad as they want us. So don't go about things until you know the facts!!

Martin's team isn't that bad, but they're not that great either. But I can guarantee, with the talent that they do have, they will be a tough team to beat in the next couple of years. We've (Milan) played Westview twice this year beating them both times. The first game we completely dominated, but the second time we played them, it seemed that they had improved a lot, because they gave us a run for our money. And about they're pitching, Laney is a good pitcher...but against us he showed nothing on the hill. But I have seen him pitch against other teams, and he did do a good job. And I've also seen two others pitch....#11 and I saw a lefty yesterday....who could be good, just needs some work on mechanics.

Phillip White of the Milan Bulldogs is probably the best shortstop around....he has without a doubt, the quickest hands around.

Milan Bulldog's JV team has got to be the best. Our JV team has been undefeated for 2 years now, beating every team by 8-12 runs a game. For the two years combined, they are about 12-0....or somewhere around in that area.

I'm not picking on the 1A teams....and it's not only them that we are beating. Trust me, we've beat some good teams this year. And we're not about to stop there either.

Who's got the best all around teams in West Tennessee this year?

First off, no one should be scared of Dresden. Well at least that's what I think. I know that we (the Milan Bulldogs) beat Dresden 12-2. And the only reason they even scored was because we made a few mistakes. Dresden is a team that no one in the state of Tennessee should have to worry about. In my opinion, there are far more than enough teams that would just stomp Dresden.

I'm gonna have to say that the Milan vs. Dyer Co. game was one of the most exciting. This game was an all out pitching duel. I pitched for Milan and I'm not sure what the kid from Dyer County's teams name was, but he was good. The game was 1-0 in Milan's favor for around 6 innings, and then their pitcher just lost it. I ended up striking out nine, giving up 4 hits, allowing no runs, and walking no one. This game was most definitely the most exciting that I've played in.

No I'm not in any relation to Greg Scott. I know him pretty well though.....you're right, he was a great pitcher and good hitter too.

I think the Milan Bulldogs have 3 great pitchers this year....John Latham is a RHP throwing around 82 or so with an excellent curveball....then there is Jonathon White who is a freshman throwing around 85-87 mph (and remember...he's only a freshman)....and last would be senior Gray Scott who doesn't throw quite as hard as Jonathon, but can throw any pitch at any time for a strike. All of these pitchers are 1-0 this season winning games BIG!! Look out for em', they're pretty good.

Andrew Laney may be good, but he didn't do anything but get rocked by the Milan Bulldogs.
