I believe that a leader should have individual and team goals that equal all around success. Also, personality is very important. We won state our freshmen year because our seniors were great leaders, who lead by example and hussled. They taught me that no matter what someone else does, you should still pick them up (even if you do not like that person). For the next two years, the leadership went downhill (from the seniors), the wouldn't let anyone speak and the underclassmen's opinions did not count. This caused too many arguments and dumb mistakes on the field. A team needs to work together to succeed, and I am trying to be an awesome leader by example, ect. I also, want to show the underclassmen how to be a great leader on and off the field. -Don't be a hypocrite-
