So jamieroper you think that Lovelace should get coach of the year but if you would have seen the game lastnight between Cornersville and Moore co you would think different, well probably not but i do now! Wilson gets my vote, The #4 team almost beat the #1 team I think the score was like 10pts for the final between them. That jsut goes to show you that Wilson knows what he is doing and deserves COY!

Ya know jamieroper, we do have to give Coach Lovelace props for all that he has done! But what people don't see is that his team may have still been good but that Coach Bonehead did make some good contributions to the team before his release! So Coach Bonehead does needs some props to because their are a few players that wouldn't be there and be as improved if it wasn't 4 him givin em' a chance. I will agree with you that or I will say I guess I should add because you neither agreed or disagreed but just made a great comment on the parents. There were the ones that backed Coach Bonehead but we do still have those few brown nosers which I guess every school has but I am just tired of the ones that deserve to play not getting to because their mama and daddy don't kiss the coach's butt. And I know that sounds stupid but hey its the truth and you know it, from personal experience I think. And now I hear that we will probably meet back up with good ol' bonehead in tourney time! Isn't that great! And you know what they say, IT'S REALLY HARD TO BEAT A TEAM 3 TIMES IN ONE SEASON! And you know how bad we want to beat Bonehead, but when we do lets show some class please people, just because some people don't have it doesn't mean we all gotta act like! GO RAIDERS-STATE BOUND

Yea and you would know and be one of the guilty one sittin right there on the bench, right? Why would miller hold a grudge hey he is in a better position at culleoka than he ever would have been at RHS with us. What I am talking about is when every boy on our team ducked their heads when it came time to shake hands with him like well we can't look or talk to him we might not get to play agan if we act like we still like him. You know that it is true you were one of them. I was there and watching and i did get my facts straight so next time have a lil respect for your old coach b/c evern if you deny it you know that he help get you were you are even if it is on the bench! And another thing about hopkins you can same it all you want but miller really helped that kid improve! Even if he is staying after school he wouldn't have gotten the chance if miller wouldn't have kept him!

It seems to me that you RidinSplinters are jealous of some of your teammates and the relationships that they had with coach miller. Tim Mealer is a great ball player and for you to be dogging your own teammates is wrong and just plan low down. Your name says it all for you and that is where you belong!!!! ON THE BENCH!!! You will never make it on or off the court with an attitude like that! And besides aren't you one of the players that tried to be nice to the old coach just so you could play. And all that about him saying he would come back and whoop our butts this year well that seems a little for fetched for a coach to say. You were just jealous that he didn't see the ability in you that he did with the real players on the team. You better watch out this being your senior year and all you might not get to play this year just like the past years. Start kissing butt now by the end of the season maybe you will be pullin those splinters out of ya butt!

Th eold coach's problem was he was just too young to be in that position plus someone of the parents got to causing problems for him because their kid wasn;t gettin to play. The thing is if your good your good if not get over it and do somethin else.don't complain or cause problems for someone becuase its your fault. I am disappointed in our guys lastnight, I thought they had soemthing to prove. i am disappointed in both teams really because I was expecting a good game but it wasn't ever a game at all. Yea Culleoka won by one point but it wasn't that great of a game. I am not impressed with either. The guys who played under that old coach really treated him bad last night no matter where he is man ya'll should atleast treat him right. He is kinda the reason ya'll are where you are know well with the exception of the freshman, they are kinda the reason he got let go... but that is just what has been said and hey you never knoe it could be true.

Ok I see your point but if I am not mistaken, last years coach also did the same thing. He tried to help the team and get them to play together but hey when you one or two are lookin out for themselves it will never work. Maybe we did make the right decision in getting rid of him but don't bad mouth the guy because he did the exact same things that the new coach did. Even sittin some of the players out because of bad grades. Do you recall that RidinSplinters? And I am kinda disappointed about the way our coach acted lastnight...from what was said he was bad mouthing the old coach before the game even started thats pretty bad sportsmanship, the way I see it. Leave the guy alone, I mean he was a young coach yeah but the team that played lastnight was his team espically that hopkins kid because if it wasn't for that guy lastyear he wouldn't be playing and you can deny it all you want but you know it is true. Hopkins really developed with the old coach helping him and no one can deny that!

I agree with ridinsplinters on the whole subject. i mean, what do you expect someone to just come in and make them champions? the only person ever able to do that was coach clark.... And radieralumni since you are from RHS you should know that the coach they are possiby bringing in, his last name is spelled Loveless no Lovelace... And they already tried to get him but he didn't want the pay cut so why would he want it now... I know because their are some parents at RHS who don't like Miller and want him out after all its all politics, right? Go RHS!!!!!

GO RAIDERS!!!!! The Raiders played a great game lastnight... They actually played as a team!!!! I was really suprised... Hopefully this will continue on through the season... GO RAIDERS!!!!!!!!!!

I would hardly say that his fiance had anything to do with them losing and if you think that then you are screwed up in the head. Besides why the problems with the fiance anyways, what does she have to do with the way the guys play? What do you expect from a first year coach? From what I have heard he was an assistant coach for Martin Methodist in Pulaski, so that has to mean that he does know what he is doing. As for the coaches at RHS, they do pretty well, that must just be your opinion because of the lack of playing time that you got last year...

Sharpie4014, don't you think that Coach Miller's fiance would have bothered him last season, considering that she was at all the games. Not that I can say the same for you. I have to agree with RHS#1fan it is funny how quitters have so much to say about stuff they hardly know about.

I agree with you jamieroper... Miller will have the Raiders on the right track... You just have to have time and the players have to adjust to the new coaching style... They do have a bright future ahead!!! thumb

The Raiders are ready for tough game... They have been ready espically after the hard fought loss at Culleoka Monday night by 2 pts in the last 2.7 seconds... I wish the best to both teams on Saturday ... GO RAIDERS!!!!!!!!

Richland is really starting to play to their potential right now. Yes it may be a little late in the season but it is better late than never. If I was Cascade I would worry about the Raiders, they are ready to play ball on Saturday!!!! I wouldn't count them out just yet!!!!! GO RAIDERS!!!!

Both Richland teams beat Moore Co. on Friday and there is no reply on here... what's the deal... seems like when the team was down everyone could talk about them but now that they win there is nothing to talk about??? Friday nights games were very tough for both teams but richland pulled through in the end.
