There seems to be a common phrase(peewee football) running through this topic and that phrase (or better still peewee football parents) may be the ultimate reason for Coach Dyer's leaving. There are some schoolboard members and their relatives and close friends(you know who you are) that think just because they could call plays and line up defenses in peewee and be successful, they can run a highschool program. Well I am here to tell you they are WRONG!!! No football program can be successful by playing kids that daddys thinks are superstars and just because a player is a great peewee and junior high player doesn't necessarily translate into even a good highschool player. the game moves much faster at the highschool level and especially in 3A or higher. The powers that be have made their bed and now must lie in it. This late in the summer it is hard to find a quality coach for the 3A level. Who ever comes on board as head coach has a tough road ahead , not because of the players ,but having to deal with the administration and certain parents. Good luck Tigers (you will need it) play hard for your new coach and give him a chance. don't listen to the people in the stands because they are the ones who put your team in this situation to begin with.
