THis is def. BA's worst team in a very long time. No QB at all. O-Line isnt very good outside of Mike Berry and Jadon Hogan and Jason Huie but they all play both ways and by the end of the games they are dead. Best player could be Bill Kottas and they cant get the ball to him. Without offensive balance you cant score on good teams. Def. is OK and gets to tired too compete by the end of games due to players going both ways. Its just an overall OK team. There has to be someone at Brentwood Academy who can get Bill the ball.

Predictions and other comments.

I geuss we all know Wrights ability to play in the NBA over NBA scouts who started the talk about being drafted out of high school.

All i have to say is Brandan Wright is projected to be a lottery pick while T Smith is going to UT(im not bashing UT just pointing out the difference between UT and the NBA). One game transfers one doesnt. One is 6'9 and still growing, one is a stretch at 6'6 and looks like hes 30. Brandan will be able to take his low post baby hooks and J's to any level due to the fact they are un blockable. He does need to work on actually getting the ball. T Smith will not be able to play his street ball, get it at the top of the key and drive at college or any further level cause there will be a lot of people faster. His outside game is OK and it looks like he will probably improve at it but still his game just doesnt transfer in my opinion.

Pudding you obviously havent seen brandon play much. He is very fast, very quick, and has a very pretty shot. He hits three every now and then. He is the most complete player ive seen. He is way ahead of where David Harrison (NBA/Pacers) was when he was a junior.

At the BHS BA scrimmage yesterday Nathan looked very good and definitely well ahead of the BHS players. Nathan was a lot better than i expected and will contribute this year though he will be stuck behind Barry Turner. It was a really funny scrimmage to watch. BA won 100-33. Josh Bone scored 38 pts. O yea and BW didnt look to bad either haha.

The BA fans with the torches is one of the coolest things ive ever seen. The cops tried to hold the fans down but the fans wouldnt let em.

The game has gone way past Coach Flatt. I personally loved with 4 minutes left in the game when he ran two run plays in a row down 10. I thought it was a great idea to keep the clock moveing in that situation. O I also love when he cant get the play out of his mouth and has to waste timeouts. The last thing i love is how he runs the defense and runs the same base 50 defense every play. No stunts, no blitzes, and no disguising secondary coverages. A brilliant man. WE WANT PITTMAN.

Wow that seems a little harsh on Steven. I dont believe he could be doing that bad. I think the thing on those pitchers is a stretch too.

Well it looked like to me from the stands that the only pitcher who had problems was Andruw Hogin. When Steven Burris came in he shut them down as well did Kyle Willis. No runs given up by those two pitchers i believe. Also i observed that BA's catcher (Fuson maybe?) looked really lazy and i dont think BA can compete in state with a catcher that doesnt even look like he cares about the game.

What about Stephen Burris? When is he gonna start pitching again or has he? He seemed like a vital part of the time last year what happend to him?
