I find it difficult to believe that the FRA keeper claims he made one mistake and that he'll never make one again...that'll be one heck of a statistic if he does...props to him...in my opinion his defense makes him look a lot better..because they play solid and get rid of a lot of chances so he doesn't have to touch the ball as much. If anything they held CCS to a 1-0 game..a job well done, good defense..

once again...talking too much...im glad you guys came to beat ccs on an own goal..

i don't have scores but the semifinals are Notre Dame vs. Ooltewah and CCS vs. FRA

I don't know how they are this year, but last year we played them and they were solid...they're all around just a good team, they play well together and their keeper was pretty good but i don't know how many guys they've lost or anything, we (CCS) play them at the end of our spring break i think april 16 or something i don't know..im looking foward to it..is your team playing them any time soon?

CCS 2 - Notre Dame 1 Notre Dame scored middle of first half...Drew Courtney scored a couple of minutes later...opening of second half, Drew Courtney scored again...close game to the finish

who cares about rankings? i think we should all show the papers and everybody else that it's not about that...just play soccer, prove the rankings wrong (or right in some cases)..i'd rather see a lot of great soccer this season than newspaper writers talking about how all they're predictions are amazing accurate..

I wouldn't say that b/c we (CCS) lost a few good players doesn't mean we aren't returning more than just Gabe and Drew...some of the underclassmen have stepped up in great ways...our keeper has gotten a lot better, I think all around our team will be good together as a team, not necessarily one or two star players...it will be interesting though. It's good to hear Grace has improved, you guys should do well this year. What's your schedule like?

i play for CCS...we played wesminster last year, good team...one of the nicest soccer fields i've every played on down there...it was unfortunate though, because i think i left one of the biggets divots i've ever made on that nice field....are you guys playing down there?

It'd be interesting to see how that game would turn out this year, i wish you guys played them...my bet is that it would be closer than 4-0...as for us, we get to play them down at their place...it's going to be great

Is this the first time you guys have played randolph? and are you going down there or are they traveling up to your place?

CCS plays: Randolph Acdmy from AL who have been state champs down there before, normally a really good team...McCallie, Baylor, Notre Dame, CAK, Lenoir City (good a/aa teams) Dalton (Why isn't McCallie playing Dalton this year?), the schedule is unclear but we trying to get a game with ECS, and a few others i can't think of...i'd say it's consistantly tough, we don't have too many breaks with an "easy" team...

I know a lot of people who can shoot the ball from "ne" where....it doesn't always go in, but it sure counts as a shot in my books....oh and watch out for the freshmen on that team...they're fresh....

so good teams never loose? hmm....i've been lied to...

mclove, I just meant that it seems most people pretend like we're the only teams in chattanooga, and granted, we normally are ranked higher in the papers and whatnot, but I don't want to completely stomp out some of the other teams just because they may not win as much. CSAS didn't get nearly as much praise as they deserved last year in my opinion. But maybe it's better that way, being out of the light and expectations...

Just let him insult us, it's the internet, who cares....he doesn't play so he doesn't bother any of us that do..

I don't know if any of the other guys know, but we haven't been given a list of who's coming. Im guessing most of the teams from last year.

I think this year should be full of suprises...I have a feeling there might be some teams that step up that nobody normally would think of, it happens every year...Althought the four teams mentioned most: Baylor, CCS, McCallie and Notre Dame are all good, I wouldn't hedge all your bets on those teams.

Who cares besides you and those kids moms?
