OMG..good luck!! Roy still have that goat with him or did it stay where they went.. Davidson is suppose to average 50+ a game..they better get started. You know these private school people expect to get a dome to play in so they don't have to sit in rain.

You people are beginning to sound just like the people in Jasper about Marion County. You put together three straight state championship runs and lose in the semifinals. You got beat. Then you want to crucify your coach that just took you to Cookeville and will again! You guys get your degree and give it a shot...then start criticizing. Dang your spoiled!

Nobody else seems to step up for them. There's a few. I live in the Valley. If my history is correct this group has been together since they were young. I just want to see them win it for Whitwell. That way everybody in the county would have at least one. They seem like a good group of kids that also enjoy hard nose football..something I enjoy and study. Sorry if my support for Whitwell or if it was South Pittsburgh or Marion I'd be for them. Whitwell just hasn't had as many chances and now they do. Good luck Whitwell! Win the State!

I'm not. I have not doubted Cornersville defense from my first post. I do believe you guys are very good..very good!! But what you don't give Whitwell credit for is they are beating good defensive teams!! Maybe not as good as you...but very good teams (South Pittsburgh, Greenback) in my opinion. Just think..could these be the guys that find that weak spot..oh forgot you have none...lol...Im just saying our offense ain't bad..neither is our defense...my biggest worry are special teams. So anyway..take it easy on us..lets us hang in at least a quarter.

I'm not sure how good of a idea that is? Intentions are well but young men can tend to stay out and get into meanness...boys will be boys. Seen it happen. So those seniors better be leaders not the problem if any. I'm just not a fan of it but I have full confidence Coach has got everything under control. Keep your mind on why your there.
