CoachSH, if Jujuan is one of the best players you hsve seen in TN, you should be well aware of what Pickel and Hare did to him in the Bradley/McMinn game. Bradley won by 50 and held Smith to nothing... You must see something that is not very appearent to everyone else. And if Smith is in UT orange nest year, that should explain why they went home early enough to see all the NCAA Tournament on TV! Also in Jujuan is at UT, most of Bradley should be Duke or UCONN and we all know none of this will happen! In short, you should probably find another line of work!

CUSH, I am talking about your posts on threads before the game....you can go back and look them up if you need too but I think your memory is probably ok. I never got on your case till you got on Bradley...(and just in case you don't know, Bradley Central is in east tennessee too). Now, as you may know by now, I don't mind getting on here and trading insults with anyone. Although I do think east tennessee does not get the respect we deserve, (and I mean ALL of east tennessee). I am originally from southwest virginia, so I am very very familiar with upper-east tennessee, just so you know you ain't talkin to somebody that does not know that you (as east tennesseans) do not get the respect you deserve from the rest of the state. So, I tell you what...if northeast tennessee and southeast tennessee are both east tennessee..we could be on the same side (if you can believe it!) We do have a very sucessful athletic program at Bradley, (an east tennessee school), and most of the rest of the state really seem to have a problem with that, especially in wrestling and basketball (wonder why), so it is very easy for me to get defensive of our program, when people (usually from middle and west tennessee) attack us. I am a very positive person and I will give credit where credit is due. I have congratulated WS and North Jackson on their wins against us...because we got beat and they deserve the credit. I have always done that and always will. So do yourself a favor and stay positive, so I can stay positive too.

Hey gents, I could not agree more that all these teams fought hard to get to the boro...and I have congratulated both WS and Jackson on there wins in the semi's and finals. All I can tell you is that when you come on these sights and talk trash about other teams you got to expect that there is people on here that talk back. So the thing for you to remember is "don't dish it out if you can't take it". That's pretty simple and very true. You can go back to past posts and see where the trash talking starts on most threads and usually right after that you will find somebody talking back. Maybe all those folks that talk back to loud-mouths like you 123, and CUSH, and now bud, are losers, but I strongly doubt it... So guys, just calm down and reap what you sew. I don't get on anyone that don't "ask for it" by talkin' "smack" And yes, we stayed 4 quarters and several spots higher in the rankings than you did, as usual! First, Port_Vol, you are out of your mind! (Reaching way out for that explanation!) Second, I certainly hope someone has notified the T$$AA about the sorry excuse for officiating we all witnessed this week! But ya know what? There was not anywhere else in Tennessee having T$$AA (High School) basketball, while this tournament was being played. The people that are responsible for this robbery were present! And I say "robbery" because all these athletes, teams, and coaches fought their way to the State Tournament and deserve to have at least a fair chance to win. I know about the old saying that you should not allow the game to be so close that a call (or calls in this case) should decide the outcome of the game. And that probably holds true for most of the season, but these are the best teams in the state, and in most cases very evenly matched! And although the officals are "only human", they should be as fair and consistant as possible. And that my friends should not be too much to ask!

Man, you guys from the west just can't get enough!! baconbreath done BLISTERED you again! And you can count on one thing bacon said that you ought to remember...AT Bradley Central WE JUST RELOAD!! And you can count on that in any sport!!!

Yep, ws really embarrassed us at the Arby's Classic!!! And who knows, if you ask JNS, they may say we got beat by the best team in west tn. In fact, we beat ws in our last encounter and JNS beat us so I don't think you have a lot to talk smack about!

Well guys it is like this..The eight seniors from Bradley Central have just completed a record of 100 wins and 10 losses over the last 4 years...If that is weakness, everyone should be so lucky. And yes we do have some pretty healthy football programs in East Tennessee...... And I know you don't want to mention Wrestling programs.....Think I'll just stay with the East Tennessee athletics, and you guys in West Tennessee just keep doin, well what ever it is that you do so well! (Fight crime maybe?)

I don't know where those guys could be orangecush!! I guess they are still in the Boro licking their wounds!! They will probably find a ride home in a day or two and start talking smack. If we had known they were still there after our game, they could have ridin part of the way back with us!!

I agree that the officials were terrible. They were consistant only in that they were never consistant in their calls. What really gripes me is that all those games are on video tape and nothing will be done by the T$$AA. They will never admit the officiating was terrible because it will show that they (T$$AA) has done a poor job with the basic parts of the State Tournament. They have never admitted mistakes. Even though all of us can buy the video and see the nonsense calls that were made throughout the tournament, they will simply say the officials are only human. I question that approach. Congrats to White Station and NorthSide, I hope the best team won and I hope it was not decided unjustly by the officials. Just like Official Port_Vol says, we can go sign up to be officials, and I tend to agree. I'm quite sure that their were grandmothers in the stands that could have done a better job.
