A BUNCH OF RBS FANS I MET LAST YEAR TOLD ME I ALSO HAVE HEARD IT FOR YEARS NOW.

why does rbs play such a tough schedule? if i were athletic director since they had 5 non region games before this year i'd schedule teams like tsd,pickett,tennessee prep,antioch lighthouse and grace or temple get 5 wins then try to get a region win go about 6 and 4 maybe a week schedule but you have to start somewhere and build wins and hope this week rbs plays east robertson!!! they will get killed i hate it.i heard rbs might close and kids go to macon county

one is from tazewell it's put out by the claliborne progress but for union county called the times i think nice paper too.

why did elliston baptist,tennessee prepatory school,clarksville academy and antioch lighthouse drop football? they weren't good but loved to see them play.how you forget the bronco busters of tennessee prepatory

where are franklin classical,brainerd christian and pickett county high schools located? i seen they had football why aren't they trying to make the playoffs?

i seen these schools playing football but not going towards the playoffs.where are they located and why not trying for the playoffs?

i agree with everything said.the chiefs looked great last night but tellico owns them so i hope the chiefs can pull it out and go 2 and 0.opening a week early is a advantage tellico had had over the chiefs until this year so playing last night and looking great may help.the chiefs made few mistakes last night but they need to hold on to punts as they fumbled and luckily got back 3 or 4 muffs and the passing attack needs to keep going and the runners not be so timid the score should have been 56 to 0.right now i see the chiefs as a 5 and 5 team but each week will bring new challenges so i say go chiefs you guys rule. the tellico game will be big too because the chiefs need to remember where harriman is now as a team where they are(the chiefs football history is poor as was that of vonore and madisonville minus a few of each) and how tellico has owned them and not catch themselves looking forward to grundy county who right now i'd say is the leader of the region followed by walker valley,sequoyah,howard and mcminn.chiefs should win if they take care of business

i know coalfield is great but what happened to union county offense? they got picked to be a playoff contender this year and have a definate 1,000 passer in bennett and rusher in lucas i am dissapointed.

what do you guys think of rbs playoff chances? i think they have a great coach in tony boles he lead them to some championships at a younger level so he is well known.they have a shot if they can beat celina and watertown but they always choke vs them and mt.juliet christian and heritage are new so hopes are very high there the numbers may hurt them though.

any update on austin lucas stats rb for union as well as union qb bennett stats

anyone know much about these schools? is grace in knoxville or chattanooga?

tsd has 8 man football as does the new school in franklin tennessee franklin classic high school they play 8 and 11 to get their feet wet..king's academy plays 11 man and it's new middle school program is kicking in and will help increase numbers from 20 to 25 to 35 to 40 on the varsity level in a few years

what happened at south doyle?

i'm one of the biggest blue devil er golden tornado er chief fans they are and i believe they will win i hope to see them earn 1st or 2nd in their region this year but remember chief fan they are nortorious for bad starts in the season so lets hope not.could it be a nathan brackett type season for our chiefs? i hope so!!!!

to read these post saddens me i think every school with guys in it should have football.though it's a great sign over a dozen schools are fielding teams for the first time i'll have to look back and be sadden at the recent losses of clarksville academy a recent clinic bowl participant,tennessee prepatory former state runner up and champions and antioch lighthouse school and elliston baptist.2 schools really need mentioning trying to do something with very little are red boiling springs who usually dress out 25 if they are lucky and seymour king's academy whose 25 or less players they have never played football and are from another country.i've seen schools in illinois where i played have 2,000 and no football team because of not enough interest.you figure that's 1000 boys/1000 girls 250 boys per class so you'd think to get 10 boys out of 250 would not be asking much for football then you'd have at least 40 but sadly that does not happen.

i like coalfield but i'll have to go with union county.they have had a gunslinger down there for 3 years now a.j. bennett and a great running back ausin lucas but little or no line and no defense. i look for the pats to be a dark horse in the playoff race in their region so keep a eye on them

i like scott but i question their coach.he is all about basketball but i remember to this day some years ago they had a hot team and got to the playoffs however they lost to a sub par sullivan north team.i was told that the coach had pretty much said well great year uhhh try and win but if not oh well lets get ready for basketball season. :justwrestle: they should have gone very far that year

travel.spread teams out someone would have to travel but of course if the public/private split happens then you won't have to worry about things happening there will be 3 or 4 classes only

i live in knoxville.lets see 98.3 fm carries sequoyah games, 99.5 fm carries sweetwater sometimes tellico plains 93.5 carries alcoa,heritage,william blount or maryville games am 990 carries knoxville game of the week 90 fm carries fulton 101.7 carries mcminn county 101.5 or 102 something carries cumberland county jets then 104.9 i think it is carries campbell county and 105.5 pigeon forge,gatlingburg pitman,sevier co,105.7 seymour and 105.9 carries claiborne,rutledge,union county and cumberland gap games 94.1 carries both morristown teams

any news on white house heritage? i heard they got much talent from the surrounding area all rich in football tradition so i wonder how they are going to stack up in year 1.of course i figured walker valley in 3a getting charleston high,some cleveland and bradley central players all 3 great football schools would dominate however that has not been the case.

i'm a huge football fan.i figured someone out there could help.i like keep pictures and programs from all schools for my massive collection.i'm looking for anyone who went to and knows someone who went to vonore high school who would be willing to make zerox copies out of vonore high yearbooks from 78 to 95 of the football team pictures and pictures of the football team helmet logo like a blue devil or a V.thank you!!!!
