  1. I like it….because if we were irrelevant or didn’t matter people wouldn’t care. He can Join a long list of Pirate haters..
  2. My sources only took into account active coaches..not the GOAT
  3. Both sides have people flying in. I can confirm that Saban, Kiffin, Smart, Lebby, Heupel, and Muschamp(Whit is Will’s son) will be there.
  4. He has been here his whole career. Never imagined him playing a sport. That shows how young kids can develop as they go along.
  5. Holding. David Jones had the first carry lol
  6. I’m as proof as they get in South Pittsburg kin folk. But it’s okay. Hit the power button now and hide your discomfiture.
  7. The way you speak doesn’t deserve a response, but oh well. SP and other schools get transfers every year. It’s apart of a winning program. People want to play for winners. I know these kids very well. So…since you asked… starters this year that attended South Pittsburg Elementary School: Kamden Wellington, Jace Stone, Logan Hargis, Jamarion Farrior, Cash Kelly, Alex Phillips, J.R. Hardrick, Ranye Tipton, Cameron Grider, Braden Allison, Davon Arnold, and Omar Slatton. Ones that attended since the Academy that start: Kadyn Pace, and Logan Sisk. To my knowledge that leaves about 3 kids off who start.
  8. Not at all when you have 7 starters out for injury and playing freshman only..
  9. When I think Mckenzie I go back to 2007 and 2 things stand out. Montrell Mitchell taking it to the house on a toss sweep on the first play and Terrell Robinson returning a fumble for a td when the camera pans to Comer and he says “what’s going on?”
  10. The secondary can hold their own one on one. The biggest thing with the defense is most of the time applying all pressure with just the front 4. Opens up a lot when you can do that.
  11. Let me ask you a question. This Smith boy is 6’ 290. He’s big enough to play in the SEC. Does he have any offers?
  12. How many years has Coach Comer been at McKenzie? Hall of famer for sure. Would you Rebel fans say this is his best coaching job after talent lost last year?
  13. The mystique of the injury status helps SP I think. How does McKenzie prepare defensively? Who do they prepare for? Do they see the same offense? Do they see a different offense? What players and what roles do they need to focus on? A lot of “what ifs” on both sides now. Checkers and chess. I say put Tipton at qb and run a sneak all game behind the big Collins boy. Coach Stone and company will have the Pirates ready.
  14. I’m curious how the projected rain during the game will hurt/help both sides.
  15. He can be effective as a pocket passer for sure. Just need that threat to throw.
