im not sure as to what team was the best... but i do know one thing for sure.. this years team had the only Mr Football winner.. GO SMO.. and he is well desering of that award.. i also believe that either gray or wilkes will win that award as well.. hey those Vandy people sure did sweep some awards didnt they

well how can you say that.. against your beloved oak ridge team Gaston had like 143 yards on 17 carries while your boy mr gulmire had 103 yards on 19 carries.. so who is the better back?? i mean your guy had more carries and about 40 yards less.. so how can you say gaston was not worthy of the award??

Smyrna played great defense and had awesome ball movement.. Taylor Oliver has to be one of the best passers in the state.. she was faking people out on her passes and they were right where they needed to be.. Kim Palmer DOMINATED in the paint.. just a great all around performance from the girls

They give MVP to top defensive and defensive players.. Gaston won offensive MVP last year.. if he wins just some more hardware for his house.. hopefully he'll get Mr. Football and MVP again.. but we gotta take care of this week first.. i belive that smo will win Mr. Football as well.. i have never seen the dude from Farragut but Smotherman is the real deal.. he is a big hoss

it was am amazing game.. cookeville was everything they were hyped up to be... and even more.. they didnt give up when we scored early.. they stayed in the game all the way till the last minute.. great heart from them.. who in the wolrd is # 47?? that dude is a hoss.. gosh i would be scared to see him on the field.. please tell me he is a senior.. one thing i didnt like.. it proved to me once again that some riverdale fans are IDIOTS.. i was sitting in the crowed with my mom.. and the lady behind us was hoping that cookeville players would get hurt.. i mean come on lady their high school players.. be good sports.. just something totally STUPID i heard.. great year Cavs and lets go warriors.. the road to oak ridge is finally guys..

i would like to say congrats to adam smotherman.. i had the oportunity to play with adam 8th grade and freshman year.. eventhough i transfered to a different school i am still proud of him and especially that he got nominated for Mr. Football.. that is an honor well deserved.. he is going to be a sucess at Vandy and hopefully one day play in the NFL if he desires.. he will make a great doctor.. congrats to adam and all the other seniors that ive played with and had a chance to know

oh i for one know that people at riverdale are really cocky.. i never said they werent.. but all im saying is smyrna is cocky this week when i dont believe they should be

82cat, there is a difference of being confident and being cocky.. most smyrna people are cocky.. yes i played with a lot of the seniors and i know smo, brock, and some others are not cocky and neither was bryson before his tragic incident.. but as for wilkes, i know he is cocky.. i was fortunate enough to know charles and johnson and they were cocky as well.. i mean they are funny and really great guys but totally cocky.. i remember last years playoff game, both wilkes and charles were taunting the riverdale crowd before the crowd.. yes i know why you guys made the "s" shirts.. something to do with lebanon is what a smyrna student told me.. but that doesnt matter.. the warriors dont need motivation because they dont like smyrna just like smyrna dont like us.. and to our guys that is motivation enough.. but i am kind of nervous.. i mean when sonny had time in the first game he threw that in to crouch about 10 times.. and dont say that im not giving smyrna a chance because i know they can win and with leaders like smo, brock, sonny, and wilkes i believe it could happen.. but in the end i believe the warriors will blitz sonny like last time.. the results will be similar.. honestly i believe as long as coach shad is the coach they will never win state or even make it there but that is just an opinion.. but i hope everyone goes on friday night.. should be a great atmosphere

who do smyrna people talk crap?? i mean they're 0-14 against riverdale and still talk smack.. i just dont understand.. anyways.. should be a good game.. and yes, everyone at riverdale has heard of the Superman shirts that smyrna has.. just some more modivation for the warriors

i do not know about the other 3 but yes Rollins does live in oakland zone.. his freshman year was his first time every playing football and through the hard work of the program and hard work he now starts.. and he is allowed to go to riverdale because his mom is a teacher there so it is totally legal

i love my girls from smyrna and i think they're gonna suprise a lot of people.. they play with a lot of heart and i believe they will win now that clark is not at MJ anymore.. but i still say MJ in first until someone beats them

i went and saw siegel play on sat.. i only got to see the second goal.. but if it wasnt for that Brittany Winn girl then i dont beleive siegel would have any offense.. she is a pretty good player.. she uses her speed to her advantage.. but just an opinion.. i hope they win it all being from the boro but i dont think they will

well riverdale had great sucess passing against smyrna and i take it oakland is better at passing than riverdale.. should be a good game.. and yes my boy shayne rollins does live in oakland zone.. but you cant have him.. he is ours..
