Cleveland beat Brainerd 65-48 at Brainerd last night! Is Brainerd over-rated or did they just play bad? Any comments????????

HEY CHILL- When Oak Ridge beat Cleveland earlier by 25- Cleveland did not play two starters (Charles Jett and Alex Goldston) for breaking team rules. I am not saying Cleveland would have won the game b/c OR played extremely well, but I can assure you if those two teams played again it would be a different story. So don't judge Cleveland based on one game. If I'm not mistaken, Clinton lost to McMinn County earlier in the year 98-88, and Cleveland has beaten McMinn twice already and one of those wins at McMinn was without Jay Davis (Clevelands best guard). If you just combine Bradley and Clevelands team, not to mention a very underated Walker Valley team, they beat any other "counties" in the state including Anderson County! Don't judge teams based on scores from one game!

HEY DOUBLE OVERTIME! Based on your comments about Charles Little- you are obviously JEALOUS of the boy! If I was betting man you are either a current high school player thats not any good so you feel you need to bad mouth Mr. Little b/c you couldn't carry his JOCK--------OR you used to play basketball in high school and sucked- and your jealous now. Either way- you need to grow up! Based on the strength of schedule rating on Coacht- Cleveland plays the 3rd toughest schedule in the state (this rating does not include out of state games which Cleveland played in Huntsville and will also play Lexington Catholic- one of the top rated teams in all of Kentucky). If I read the stats out of the paper last week correctly Charles Little is averaging 20.4 ppg and 11.5 rpg. Why does he need to shoot the 3? Pretty good stats against great competition (according to Coacht) Your right- the only 3 he needs is from McDonalds but on the way home he stops by DUNKIN Doughnuts for a LITTLE desert! Down-grading kids on this board should not be allowed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Lady Raiders will be just fine with who they have! I wish Tiffany well, but she truly is making a bad decision (or should I say her dad). If she is planning on playing D1 she better start playing harder and playing defense or she will be very dissappointed in the offers she gets from colleges. I wish her the best.

O.K.- nick32- we all know that Clevelands gym will only hold about 2000 (that includes the people standing) you have made that clear on here MORE THAN ONCE. Deepball I am sorry to inform you, but you were not leading Cleveland at halftime. Cleveland was up 8 points, and then Cleveland outscored Soddy something like 32-6 in the third quarter!

thumper34 I agree with your statement that officials maybe suspended from calling games(by ther supervisor), but THERE HAS BEEN KNOW OFFICIAL FROM THE ATHENS ASSOCIATION EVER SUSPENDED!!!!!!!! I know that other supervisors throughout the state will suspend officails- but not from the Athens Association! Thats why they have been so bad over the years, and will continue to bad until someone (I don't know who)will realize there is a problem and make some changes! Thumper34- are you familiar with the Athens Association at all?

nick32 Your a biased Bradley fan that is obviously blind or just to stupid to admit the truth. Yeah, Bradley won at Cleveland in 3 overtimes- Bradley played well Cleveland didn't. However, Friday nights game was just the opposite. Cleveland kicked Bradley's butt the whole game, and when Bradley made their run in the 4th quarter the officials made sure Bradley would win. You didn't see that type of officiating at Cleveland- the officails let the kids decide the winner when Cleveland made their run. Coach Green had his 3 best players foul out in the 3rd overtime- you didn't see him chasing any officials then. The fact is- the first game was a classic with Bradley deserving the victory, the second game was a robbery with the Cleveland players being the victim.

By the way, Tim Cooper is just a junior! Fanatic15 I must disagree with your top 10! Trey Sharp of Cleveland should be ranked ahead of Ryan Wadley (Temple), Cedric Ellison (Ooltewah), Sir Lee Mason (Howard), and Ricky Harper (Howard). To be honest- none of these guys can even compare to Trey Sharp. I'm not even sure who Cedric Ellison is? Aderious Bowman should not be ranked #3! He is just very athletic!!

You can't have a block and a charge on the same play- it's one or the other. When officials have two different calls they must meet and discuss it and make a decision! If a player drives to the basket, and gets bumped, which makes him travel,- and one official calls a walk and another a foul- it can't be both. It's one or the other! It's embarrassing that we have high school officials that are so "uneducated" when it comes to officiating!
