  1. I think the LCHS CATS are gonna pull this one off if they come out and play as they usually do. GO CATS! BEAT THOSE LIONS!
  2. Good Luck Wildcats, play hard and you got this. Send all those Mustangs back to LHS cryin'. Go LAWRENCE COUNTY WILDCATS!!!!!
  3. #25 is Lauran Hudgins from Tullahoma and YES she played against Loretto the first time. I'm in no position to say who's gonna win this game but I am in the position to say that if our Lady Cats step up that this is gonna be a really good and close game. The last game ya'll won fair and square, the better team won that night. But stuff happens, and anybody could win tomorrow night. Good Luck to Loretto and LAWRENCE COUNTY. You guys need to come ready for a game because our ladies are gonna step it up tomorrow night... May The Best Team Win . GO LADY CATS AND WILDCATS! BEAT THOSE MUSTANGS!
  4. The Lawrence County Wildcat Student Section is awesome. We're constantly yelling and cheering for our team no matter if we're 50 points ahead or 50 points behind. Our student section was even called out of class to be told that we were a little too rowdy. They're always coming up with new ideas, chants, and anything else they can get their hands on just to annoy and intimidate the other teams.
  5. That's right bbmom, and she wants to be out there more than anything, she's my best friend and i've never seen anyone so happy to run sprints in my life. She's so ready to get out there and fight for her team. She's a fighter till the end and she's tryin to get back as soon as she can. She told me it was the most difficult thing she's ever had to do sitting on that bench but still she showed spirit and love from the bench.Everyone hope and pray for her complete recovery so she can get back out there and play the game she loves to play.
  6. I personally think Shelbyville needs to hire someone who knows how to stop the clock.
  7. My question is.... If you're not from Blackman or the other high school that was stolen from, WHY DO YOU CARE? Move on, the guys messed up, everybody messes up, and i'm sure being ridiculed on this thread by older men who have nothing else better to do is enough punishment for them. So stop trying to tell parents how to discipline their children and stop trying to tell the coaches and athletics director how to punish them and worry about your own children. If you think this is SOOOOO HORRIBLE then get off this thread and go make sure your child doesn't turn around and do the same thing... Thank You
  8. I think the Wildcats will work hard for this win on Thursday night, seeing as it's the only way we can go to a bowl game. We had our chance for playoffs ripped from us on Friday in Shelbyville, but I know the guys on the wildcat team are tough. No matter how many we win or lose I think Lawrence County should be proud of these guys and how much effort they've put into the season. I know Overton got beat by Spring Hill and that LC completely KILLED Spring Hill, so that lets us know we got a good chance. And guys just remember... You win some and you lose some. But this game is one everyone really wants to win. GOOD LUCK! I'LL BE CHEERING YOU ON!
  9. I think the Wildcat team can pull this one off tomorrow night. They've had a tough time lately and as long as our crowd and the whole town stays behind them they can do anything. I'm not sure how good Shelbyville is but I know our guys are tough and I think if they put their hearts into it they can bring it back to LC. GOOD LUCK GUYS! WE'RE BEHIND YOU!
  10. I COMPLETELY agree with you Flipn4OHS, competitive cheerleading is alot harder than everyone takes it. I agree that we're not participating in a sport standing on the sideline cheering, but when my squad goes off to compete, then WE ARE PARTICIPATING IN A SPORT. I know that basketball, football, baseball, track, and all those other sports require talent and ability but how come you people who consider all those to be sports don't respect what we do? Come to some of my practices. I'll admit, our squad more than likely wouldn't be able to survive a basketball practice, but I also know that that basketball team wouldn't last a second in our cheerleading practice either. So until you try cheerleading, until you can say you went 3 minutes with nothing but dancing, tumbling passes, stunts, throwing girls in basket tosses, and keeping a smile on your face the entire time you're doing it... please don't diss what we do, and we will do the same for all of you. We just want respect for our hardwork. So how about you stop the stereotyping and respect us like we do you.
  11. Our Wildcat team is doing Awesome this year, we had a bad fall to White Co. but brought our spirits back up with a HUGE victory over Loretto, and I think the Wildcats are gonna be pumped again this friday night. I think the LCHS Wildcats are bringing it home this week GO SENIORS!!!!!!!!
  12. Who's gonna win this rivalry game come Friday night? I think the LAW CO WILDCATS are gonna dominate, but I wanna know everyones opinion.
  13. LCHS IS TAKING IT ALL THE WAY TONIGHT AND FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON! GOOD LUCK GUYS! I'LL BE CHEERING FOR YA!
  14. WAY TO GO GUYS! WE BROUGHT THE BELL BACK FROM GC! (BY THE WAY, I HOPE YOU GUYS ENJOYED THAT WHIPPIN ) WE'RE GONNA DO IT AGAIN THIS FRIDAY NIGHT AGAINST WHITE CO.! GO SENIORS!
  15. For all of you people on this forum saying that cheerleading is not a sport, all I have to say is that you have no idea. This is one of the most difficult and demanding sports there is. You have to be just as strong in cheerleading as you do in any other sport. Although we don't put on pads and helmets and hit each other it does take strength to tumble, stunt, and do the conditioning that we have to do to be a part of a cheerleading squad. Basketball players, football players, and baseball players throw balls.... cheerleaders throw people. This past summer, my squad was ready and dressed at my high school gym at 7 am every morning ready to run, lift weights, do aerobics, and ab workouts to be ready for our three day camp at UT where we walked a mile and a half, six times a day for three days. Then on the final day all that conditioning payed off, because we brought home the title of camp champs. Most people look at us on the sidelines and say oh they're just pretty girls in little skirts and they're doing nothing but jumping up and down and screaming for their team, all I have to say about that is be behind the scenes when we're practicing. We may just be jumping up and down but have you ever tried doing some of the jumps and tumbling passes we do? If not then don't say it's not hard or that it's not a sport until you've tried it. Look at hospital records and inury stats, the number one sport with the most injuries was CHEERLEADING. To wrap this all up, if you've never cheered before don't stereotype the sport and say that it's not hard... BECAUSE YOU DON'T KNOW.
