Excellent post faninthestand. With over 17,000 high school football players in Tennessee, there are many that don't get the recognition they deserve. There's no easy way to come up with these type of awards. Many schools do not have the luxury of "big name papers" covering them which makes it difficult for their teams and players to be known. Hopefully the ones that do get recognized realize it is an honor that most players never get and many more deserve!

Don and Nunley were both freshman on the 1972 TTU Conference Championship team and seniors on the 1975 TTU Conference Championship team - the last time TTU has been conference champs!
