We broke even with you last year in BBall. Waverly was sorry tonight. (And their fans were not even cheering for them.)

Camden had a bad jamboree and won 14-0 over a very good team. To me that is a good sign. I know McKenzie will light up the scoreboard on the Camden D. I also know this is the best, deepest Camden team we have put on the field in several, I mean several, years. I'm looking for a great game at McKenzie.

You need to work on your reading skills, Bud. Where did you go to school? Dresden will be 6-4 and play a road playoff game if they are lucky. I saw them last year at Camden. They will be no better this year.

I'd like to see the SUN become more like the CLARKSVILLE LEAF-CHRONICLE in their high school coverage. The LEAF has a reporter and photographer go to each school in the area almost every week. They have some excellent, unbiased coverage. The SUN, on the other hand, has about 5 or 6 favorites, most of which are in the immediate Jackson area. The SUN has a lot of mistakes too.

Surprise Teams in 2A.........Camden, Humboldt, and Henry Co. (oops, Henry Co. is not 2A are they?) Perhaps if they were 2A, they would have looked better against H'don in the Jamboreeski.

The only way the McKenzie-Camden game could be any better is if it was in Camden this year. I didn't think the Mc Rebs would be that good this year until I saw them in the Jamboree. They are going to have another "Banner" year. I really think the Camden-McKenzie game will be for home field advantage in the playoffs, and I regret it is so early in the season. And, oh yea, I think McKenzie and the Lions will both be 1-0 when the Lions unload the bus at the real, original, Rebeltown. Camden never overlooks our biggest rival, the Waverly Tigers - and will be ready for Week One.

Rebound from what? They are 0-0. What are they going to rebound from?

Back on track after last year.

Camden has a nice, old concrete stadium, built in 1960. We used to have ivy on the fences, now we have hedges bigger than the U. of Georgia. We've always had good crowds - good years and bad.

Lexington 13 McKenzie 7 McKenzie still has an air attack and a half. Lexington looks better than they were last year. Camden didn't look as good as they did in the scrimmages, but will be ready next Friday night for the Waverly Tigers. Late score just in: Huntingdon 20, Henry County 0 Good games men. Go 6AA!

Camden would like a home and away with HCHS for the next two years.

I haven't heard anything on the Chester Co. Eagles. Will they contend for a playoff berth this year?
