Who do yall think will suprise people this year. I think Marion County might surpise some people with a new coach and new attitudes it should be a good season. Who do yall know that will have a good season who isnt expected too?

i'm not sure on the jamboree issue. Marion's coach wasnt dedicated to the program so they brought in someone new. Coach Steven Roberts he was an assistant at grundy in the past.

I don't know what Grundy's problem is this year. They have just been getting outplayed. They have a couple players playing hard and the rest act like they don't care. After there lost to Marion last night I saw some Grundy football players laughing, that is noway to act afer losing to your biggest rival. WAY TO GO MARION WARRIORS!

Lookout Valley by 6. I hope they win and show all the Whitwell classless hicks just because they are the only people are like that that they think they are the center of the world.Whitwell deserves to lose this game big but i dont see that happening and the Jackets of Lookout Valley will be ready and i hope they win. Good luck to LV even though you dont have many players you have pride and Whitwell one game in 16 years against Marion ( not Jasper by the way) isnt bad keep up the winning tradition. Marion hasn't lost and home this year and Colquitt hasn't won at Marion since he left for Grundy. It has the makings of an upset!

#1. south pitt has a very fast offensive backfield. #2. There offensive line is good. #3. they can pass if they need to pass, i saw ron cook in the jamboree and all they did was pass and they did it very well. since Joey Cook got injured Grundy's offense hasnt played good and grundy cant wrap up on tackles.

this is going to be a crucial game for both teams Friday. Grundy rebounding from 2 losses to beat Howard and trys to continue there winning. and Marion is coming off a loss to Whitwell. Marion is 2-0 at home. I think this game will be closer than most people think. GO WARRIORS!

there is some places who fill up the stands though. South Pitt always has a crowd.Marion Co. fills it up too.

yea phipsi271 be happy for them now cause when basketball,baseball comes around they are gonna get it handed to them. next year in football with most of marions skilled position players coming back they will take care of Whitwell.

Anyone who was at this game knows that Marion County got screwed badly by referees it was the worst called game i've seen in a long time. I can't believe some of the calls made.
