I agree slasher. This one will be a good game for the home team. I think Copper Basin's big physically tough linemen will wear down the small, weak, undernourished S.P line. S.P. has some great athletes, but the line isn't as good as alot of middle school lines. The game is at "The Hole" which is always a tough venue for ANY high school football team. No offense to Pirate Tom, but he is a looney tune. No way will South Pitt score half as many points as he has predicted. Copper Basin pulls the upset special this week. Convicts versus Crusaders. This could be a good game. Taft usually has tremendous athletes and Temple, well we know the story of how good they are. Should be a good game. Temple wins in a shootout.

Hey Pujo is back. Haven't heard from you much since we beat Cloudland in the semifinals a few years ago. Didn't know what happened to you.

I have seen South Pitt for the last 8 or 9 years. They are much improved from last year. I saw Greenback last season. I saw South Pitt in the jamboree. I love my Bucs, but South Pitt will win this game. Too much speed!! 35-7

Boyd wins this one in a laugher. Walker Valley will be totally destoyed and brought down to earth. They are no match for the BUCS! 49-13.

What do you mean? I just do not see this game being as close as people think. The first time we played we lost our TB for the last 3 quarters, plus now we have 2 AllState lineman back. Whitt and Payne make a HUGE difference up front. They really make the running game better. I think we will wear South Pittsburg down and win the game something like. Sometimes the truth hurts, but Boyd is the better team and should win the game. South Pittsburg is not a bad team, but they aren't in Boyd's class. It doesn't matter. We beat you once we will beat you again. It might be a little closer this time, but we will still win. I say Bucs by only 17 this time. We will win state this year. Didnt mean to finish yet. I remember South Pitt thought they were so good, but could never beat Colquette. Of course I can't talk we were terrible during that time. We actually didn't have a good team until our 96 team which one our first region title.

That was a terrific run they had. About the only team South Pitt did not beat during that time. Like everyone else they had many great players. The athletes are simply not coming anymore. So to answer your question NO they will never be a power for a long long time.

It doesn't matter your season will be over next week anyway. You may beat Gordonsville and all the bad teams, but you will not beat Boyd. Keep on dreaming. By the way I do believe you will be at the state. Watching Boyd play of course. Go ahead beat Gordonsville then come to "The Swamp" so we can beat you twice in one season like you did us a few years ago.

That's a matter of opinion. Keep living in the past and see how many golden balls you get. We will be getting our first one real soon. We should have had one in 1999 and last year. You were lucky to win that one in 1999. Everyone knows Boyd was better than South Pitiful that year. I give them credit for winning a few championships, but the fact of the matter is we now own S.P.
