Yes it did rain all night and day in Nashville and on the way to Nashville. Stopped sometimes in the 4th quarter. Game was good, unlike Scout said, just didn't go our way after 4th quarter. Interceptions and slippery field but we got there unlike the Scout. Hope to get there again next year also. Sad you had to just watch, scout and not play. But we had the experience and it was worth it.

somebody said that Comcast was televising them - but I don't know and also don't know if delayed or live. Maybe tssaa site will tell tommorrow if they are or something. I believe our station that airs our games in Millington is going to film and do a delayed broadcast locally for our game. , Tipton Rosemark but I am not sure about every body elses.

Does anybody know what they will do if lightning and thunderstorms come in? Has that ever happened before? Oh well, lets just pray that it just rains if the front does not either slow down or hurry on past. That would stink if it had to get cancelled or something.

Who you playing in Memphis? That is where I am from. Are you in the same division as germantown and playing them. We are Division 11 and I am not that familiar with Middle and West Tn Teams.

The Championship games have not been played. That is what is taking place on the 23rd in Nashville at Vandy. Six teams and 3 state championship winners will be declared.

Yes it is at Vandy. There are 3 games that day. My team plays first - Tipton-Rosemark vs Bishop byrne. We play at 11 a.m. Then at 2:30 p.m. Briarcrest plays ECS and then at 6 p.m. MUS plays BA. All 3 games should be good.

St Georges had been left off the TSSAA website for Div 11 A Football next year. They are now on there. That makes 11 teams in our division - the largest division in 11A football. Daivd Brainerd, Davidson Academy and St Georges are the 3 new teams. Kings Academy , I have been told, will compete in playoffs next yr also, which they have not done before. Elliston does not have football yet, just basketball. Makes our division a little better I think with 11 teams and some new blood even though we are all still small schools. We will also play some div 1 A and AA schools on our schedule I think so that is good to give us some experience there.
