Your opinion is noted and you can cheer for any school you wish. I appreciate the fact that you have coached for 12 years, I don't know you and I am not going to disrepect you or your program. If you must continually bash two guys you must. Just asking you not to do it publicly. I know for sure Stevens has never posted on this board and can't defend himself. Remember we all make mistakes and he who without sin cast the first stone.

Bulldog do you know any of these guys you so very often hammer. If you did you probably wouldn't. Stevens is a very religious man who would give you the shirt off his back, and Sutherland is a hardworking young coach who if nothing else is just a little energetic and overzelous. Both the men have received have alot of critics who only know what they read and none of the dedication that they have to the kids in the program. After all that is what coaches should be in the buisness for. The kids right!!!!

Hillwood very talented and motivated this season, the Vikings will have to stay focused this week in order to win this one. No predictions here. Just hope we play more as a team this week.

The Viking players will need to step up and play like there coached, if this happens the VIKINGS will prevail. If it does not it will be a long night. As for the Defense it has held several good teams below their averages anjd allowed some teams to run over them. PRIDE will be the key factor for the vikings and which team wants it the most.

Chinetti and Wilkerson both deserve to be in the running, Wilkerson had over 2200 yds last season and Chinetti had 136 tackles last season. NW live and die with these 2.

Wilkerson from NW is hands down the 4a Mr. Football 4500 career rushing yards States leading scorer 31 TD's last year 75 tackles a year for 3 years to add and 8 career interceptions.

Everyone in a region should play each other. It would eliminate all the controversy. We have played both and they both have there strengths. It would be a good contest. It may or maynot happen in playoffs. After Friday is set and the brakets are made all are even again, don't count anyone out.

Who will be the back and who will be the linemen. I think we have a candidate for both. Cedric Wilkerson, for RB and Mark Chinetti for Linemen.

Coach Porter was very complementary of team and program improvement at Northwest when Io spoke to him Friday night. I am very impressed with the community pride in your program, and the pride your players take in every play. It is evident that the program is led by a very professional. Emotions ran high on NW sideline with the official on that side, professionalism was not evident from the official or Stevens, I am sure it will be addressed on Monday.

We appreciate the invitation and the Vikings will be supreme sportsmen and gentlemen. Thay are prepared for a hard fought contest and may the best team win. Because that is what it is all about.

Does it really matter since they came up short. Mt. Juliet played well but again was on the short side of the point total.

Our coaches have prepared our boys well and the kids have worked hard this week. This will be a great high school football game. This will be my last post on the subject and hate this thread has become an attack on NW and the program. Let the kids play and the real coaches coach and stop all the nonsince. thumb

It is ashame that there is such anamosity toward our kids and their coaches. This is a very well mannered group who works very hard. They will be prepared and will play very hard this week. I don't believe any of our coaches (All 5 of them) are in search of a job since this the most successful the Vikings have been since early 70's.

Officiating has been horid all season. Home as well as away. We have had 2 good crews in 8 games. I retract my comment, it will most likely be better than we are used to.

Not excuses just a statement, and as good as the sprinkler issue. Good luck to all and still hope my vikings are victorious.

Motivation should not be a problem for either team, the sprinkler issue is just good board material. The vikings are playing for their playoff lives and the Devils are playing for the championship. Both teams have alot to lose. Both staffs will be prepared and have been preping for this matchup. The devils must stop Wilkerson, Mix, and Brown and the vikings must stop a very balanced offense. It will be a good game if the game is officiated fairly. The Vikings should have beaten stratford but came up short with 2 recievers wide open. There will be a crowd in attendance and hope the Vikings show up to play like they did against pearl. Good luck to both teams and hope nobody gets hurt in this one, but I hope the Vikings are victorious.

If you truly watched film and I am doubting your ability here and in public you would know that NE ran over the right guard #55 and they ran the wedge play the entire 2nd half. I am doubting you know what that is and your ability to count. Chinetti and Nelsons numbers are solid and under high scrutiny. The tennessean has doubted the kids numbers and now you publically. He is everywhere and makes or is in on every tackle. Before you get on here publically and doubt numbers, I am sure there staff will sit down with you and go over every play like they have already done this season. They spend many hours doing this i am sure you would be welcome since yopu have all this time to watch film. thumb
