Grad I meant to extend my congrats to you for your 2,000th post but it kind of slipped my mind. As far as any students know at McMinn, Locke, Moore, and the other 2 are still in the lineup for tomorrow. If anything else changes I'll make ya'll aware, because that could be a tremendous blow to the Cherokee offense and defense.

Since this game is gonna be so packed I think it should be relocated to Finley Stadium, that should be enough seating!

When it gets down to it, McMinn County has the one of, if not the best high school stadium in the state of Tennessee. Normally a HS stadium gives the home fans the nice, clean side. But at McMinn both sides are clean, spacious, and flat out nice. The field also has great grass. Plus it seats 6,500+. Cherokee Stadium is definitely one of the best atmospheres in TN HS Football.

Whoever wins this game will win by less than 14, being theres two teams of talented players(MC- McBride, Locke, McDermott: OHS- Caldwell, Hydas, and many more), this game will come down to defense. I pick McMinn to win this simply off of running.

You know nothing about Tennessee High School Football if you havent heard about Steven McBride, and Caldwell rushed for 296 on a team that WAS the 5A State Champions, I'd love to see him try to run for 296 on the 2003 State Champions Germantown, better yet McMinn.

As a avid golf guru, I go out to Springbrook and study these guys. "Jim" Hunter Dees is a dedicated athlete for the Cherokees. He makes so happy when misses those 2 foot putts. But it is always a joy watchin teammate Brett Comerford take money from him. I'm j/k I love Jim.

You guys can sit and talk about who runs the fastest 40 for hours and hours, but when it gets down to it, McMinn has one of the best running units in McBride, Locke, and McDermott in the state. These guys can do it all, If Ooltewah loses this one you can send a Thank You card to those 3 guys!

No one really cares about either of these teams. They will be lucky if 10 people come to the game (and 9 of them will be getting in for free). If I did predict for one of them to win it would be Polk County 12-0.

McMinn by 14, #1 Steven McBride will start his season out with a bang with 2 TDs, and #3 Trey Locke will back him up with 1 TD. Plus they will be at Cherokee Stadium with those wild "Tribe Guys" and the rowdy student section there!
