Seeing how bad Livingston beat McMinn shows me that McMinn has some serious holes. Cleveland should win this game by more than 12.

Jet2- Really I'm not surprised at Logan. I had him in class. He is a quality kid all the way around! He could always shoot the rock. He has waited for three years for his chance to play and now that it is here he is running with it and then some. BTW- Did U know the two games we lost Logan, didn't play? Last night and Fri. everybody was beginning to look for Logan. Ya gotta have shooters! Don't know much about White Co. But hey, it's Sparta. Throw out the records anyway! Jet2 come talk to me at the game Tues. I bet you know who I am. Bell didn't even play last year. I agree. He is a quality sub.

balla44- Laura Hall Oliver Springs is going to UT Chattanooga along with Beechboard from Livingston as well as Spann from Lawrence Co. Quite a haul, huh?

LA is good, but I graduated from there 20odd years ago. I'm sure my opinions are a little clouded. I have been reading your posts for a couple days now and I respect your opinion. Thanks again!! I was at the game. Brandi Brown Soph. outplayed Brooke Sunday Sr. going to Belmont. Didn't get the final tallies, however. They didnt put that the game was in OT on the scoring rosters. York looks quite good. White Co. had 19 seconds to get a point after Brown calmly hit the two FTs to tie it up. The shot they got was not that good. Congrats York!

Before Bradley I forgot to say we have tough White Co. at home Tuesday! Hopefully we will have our students back. We really feed off them. That should really be a great game as well. Go Jets!

Jet2- Just one problem. Bradley is at Bradley. We can't afford a slow start like tonight. We were down by 1 at end of 1st. We appeared to be tired after last night. We played fine after that. Final scoring was Logan Smith (again leading) with 21, Rodney H. with 19 pts. , Cody C. with 18, and Justin Bell with 10. Danny C. had 6 asts. and 4 steals. We will have to play better than tonight to beat Bradley. Can we? Sure! Better than having no chance at all. Go Jets! Were you there tonight by chance? You can PM me. Excelsior!!

I saw CCHS get beat last night by a good York team at CCHS in our Thanksgiving tourney. CCHS is not playing well right now. We have had three or four games where we can't buy anything. Hopefully, this will end soon. Excelsior!

I hate to rain on your party but..... Livingston beat McMinn Co. today down in Lawrenceburg by something like 61-29. The game was very ugly from the start. LA jumped ahead early and often. Granted LA is definitely good enough to win AA this year. LA vs. Jackson Co. may be the game(same district). I agree McMinn can play. They just didn't today. LA was lead by Kellie Thurman with 22 and AA Miss Basketball finalist last year Katrina Beechboard with 20. McMinn shot less than 25% in the game. I will see McMinn play Crossville soon. Looking forward to seeing how they have improved from last year. Excelsior!

Looking forward to this one. I've posted on some others that Crossville boys are clicking right nw. It should be exciting. Coach Buck is a good one. BTW, we're glad you let us have him a few years ago. Tell me more about White's best players to watch out for. Thanks!

Indian- Didn't know that about the Bullocks. Saw them play a few years ago at Crossville. It is a very inexact science recruiting people. Some plateau out and others just suddenly blossom. Went thru the recruiting process with several family members. You just don't always know. Anywho, thanx for the update.

Let's get back to the topic. Where is this great player fielding offers from? Any ideas? Is it at DB or QB? Somebody's gotta know! Can't wait to hear. I know he torched our Jets. Some have him listed at top 5 QB and top 10 DB. Thanks!!

Scarface- Come on man. Lay off the Clausens. Casey's little brother may be the QB next year. UT only goes after the best of the best in the state of TN. Glad to see they got a great one in Bolden from Tyner(Chatt) who is the #1 ranked player in TN according to several groups. He's gonna be good!

LA came out and take over at the tip. Thurman had like 22 and Beechboard had something like 20. This is no slouch team that LA was playing! Jet 2 I hope you're right! As for Dresden last night, they were beaten rather badly by a pretty fair York team. York beat them by about 25. I think we are better than York. Hopefully, this may be a breather. Did I really say that? Here's to hoping we see a lot of subs tonght. Next week, will be TOUGH! White Co. home Tuesday. They are a quality team!! Friday night at Bradley(state runner up last year). Nuff said! Isn't Coach Buck amazing how he can take whoever and turn them into a good player? GO JETS!!!! Excelsior!

Wildcat fan got it right above. I have been watching bball all over America for over 20 years. There are some states that take their ball as seriously as TN does, but I believe TN girls bball is the best in the USA. Go look at all the SEC team's rosters for example. I don't believe in kicking a team that is down. It is really tough to win every single game during a year. 7AA is still the best any size district in the state! GO LA!!

I saw White Co. last night in Crossville. They flat out look tough! Brooke Sunday scored another twenty plus. She had 24 last night. She seems to score 20+ each game! McFadden has really become the X factor for them. She had 20 last night. White has experience and some really good youngsters. Tonight they play a tough York team in Crossville at 5:30.This should really be a good game. I'll tell you how good White is afterwards. Could be close or be impressed with White Co. It is possble White could make it ugly! Riverdale and Cookeville are also beating some impressive teams as well.

The past two games for the Jets, we have been lead by Logan Smith(gunner) with 28 and 21, (I believe these numbers are all right) ((I think)), Rodney Howard(inside and outside) with 17 and 16, and last year's two main returnees, Cody Christopher 6'6" Sr. with 8 and 12 pts. and tons of rebs. Also Danny Cumby with 12 and 10 pts. and tons of steals and assists. This Jr. can flat out motor and would rather make a cool pass than score. Come and watch. You'll see. BTW, Cumby is fun to watch. If you are on the floor with Danny, you better be ready to catch. I don't know if we are ready for Bradley at their place or not. We are excited about the possibility of facing a truly great team at their place. We all know the old adage, the only way to get better is to play great teams and players. Hope to see you there!! No York doesn't play Shelbyville. However, York plays tough White Co. in Crossville tomorrow night at 5:30 at the CCHS gym. White Co. is no Shelbyville, but the York girls better have their A game against the Sparta girls. I'll post tomorrow night after the game.
