With 7:00 to go it was 10-7 and Watertown had been inside Friendship's 10 two other times and scored no points. I don't believe anyone there thought Friendship just manhandled Watertown. Maybe you should stick to something you know about RBS football. That being said, Friendship does have a good team and Gordonsville is getting better. Should be some good football games down the road. Good luck to all!

When is the annual jamboree at Forrest High School? Who are this year's teams? Any info would be appreciated.

What is the word out of Cascade this year? I saw Gallagher this summer and it seems he has grown another 2-3 inches. Will Cascade scrap the wing-t for the fun and gun? Give me some info. I saw them play Watertown last year. That game should be interesting again this year.

Just how good is the competition going to be?? We could only come if it was going to be a top flite classic.

Good post and I agree with everything you said except the part about transferring. There is way too much of that going on these days...oh, I don't like my situation or I am a trouble-maker...well, let me just transfer. Kids should gut it out at their current school or not play. Parents are a big part of that whole controversy and probably the current situation at Macon also. Coach Brown is an outstanding individual and coach. Good luck Coach Brown. That being said I do think they have a nice team.. I just think you are a little too high on them. Good luck the rest of the season.

Catalyst.... Westmoreland will NOT be a state contender. Last night, they put up 5 points in the first quarter against Watertown. They are very inconsistent and at times do not play team ball. They have some talent.. but not to contend for state.

How is Milan doing this year? Can you give me some info about who to watch and what style they play? I understand they are coming to Middle TN for a Xmas Classic. I would like to see them play. Will you be coming for the trip on the 19th and 20th? Any info would be appreciated.

Fanman.... you up this early on an off day??? I normally stay off, but reading this stuff has been too much fun. I will have to agree with you on the overlooking last time issue. I remember beating Macon 61-0 at their place with them getting no sniff of the end zone. When it boils down to it, their fans and players remember each of those beatings too. Coach Dyer and his staff have done an excellent job this season. However, in the end, tradition will prevail..... Smith Co. by 2 TD's. I will be in touch with you later about riding arrangements!!!

That is a huge part of the problem... why are they playing Monterey. They should be playing the feeder schools they will go against in high school. It only makes it worse when Jr High coaches schedule a bunch of wins against schools they will never compete with again.

Hate to inform you but Coach Rankin is from Smith Co. His entire family lives in Smith Co.
