Last three years the games have been boring. Nothing against Goodpasture because they have won the West. Alcoa will not be challenged until someone from the West shows up with a balanced attack. If you are one dimensional against a team as talented as Alcoa, you do not stand a chance! Bring a team that can play some D, throw when the box is stacked and run when you have them spread out, then and only then will you have a chance.

I must agree with your statement. That is a pretty weak out of region schedule. That does look like a good reason for the outstanding record but early exits in November.

Boyd Buchanan should be higher, Lewis County should be lower. Goodpasture should be in there somewhere. That is why we play this thing off, it will all work out in the end. The cream always rises to the top!

It is true that if you are a good team then what does it matter. I think what is trying to be said is that you guys really do not know how good you are. Then you get in a tough game with 5 minutes left and instead of having the mind set that we have done this before you really do not know what to do. Game is over and everybody says "We should have done this or we should have done that!" Truth is IF you test yourself and sometimes lose, it makes you better and your coach's better also.

I look for Milan to improve upon last weeks defensive performance. I am sure they have been talked to about "getting up" each and every week no matter whom the opponent may be. If the dawgs come out focused, which i think they will, this one will be over early in the 3rd quarter. Milan 47-14.
