After years of chasing your AAU dreams and spending what would pay for a college education on food, travel and lodging you'll start to feel differently. That is if your young lady even wants to play after 2-3 years of it..... been there, done that, got lots of T-shirts. AAU is alot like the government, it is it's own worse enemy. Hey! Hey! Wait one..... Community still had 2 games. One against Eagleville and one against Van Buren Co. If they win both of them they end in a tie with Eagleville @ 4-8 in district. Now they might rather play us in the first round instead of Van Buren again but it ain't over to that large vocal female starts to warble! /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" />

Whoever does wins 2nd! Then Van Buren Co has games against Community & Eagleville..... there's a lot to settle yet in 9A, for sure! It's been a great season so far and I'm sure the end will not dissappoint either.

So if I run the rest of the season out there "may" be a three way tie for 2nd in our district. If each of the teams split with each other. I was @ Cascade High School Cascade won over Hickman Co. Cheatham Co. over Dekalb Co. Cascade over Wartburg I know @ SCHS Shelbyville over Hickman Co. I'll try and get some more later...

For the first time in a LONG time. I predict the Lady Champs to take the district. Play day this weekend may tell alot. What makes me say this, hungry seniors a new junior and a good coach. A new coach anywhere has a tuff go of it. Fans are not patient as a rule and Lebanon has a history of winning in most of their athletic programs. I followed Coach Johnson through high school and college and she's a winner. I have no doubt she will try and teach that. The question might be is there anyone willing to listen?

I saw the Independence/Knox Catholic game Monday.... Independence didn't have many players which left the starters in for most the game, Knox Cath was brutal..... the spread reflected that unfortunetely....

Actually she was enrolled in and played last year for Victory Baptist Academy in Shelbyville that school is not a TSSAA school.

Tullahoma lost Sunday to Cascade, Coffee County lost today to Cascade. That's all I saw with Coffee County teams there yesterday and today.

I know Cascade lost to Warren Co by 2 or 3 and beat University Heights 28 - 11 or so. That's all I can give you right now....

Greeneville over Farragut Oak Ridge over Morristown West Cleveland over Lebanon Shelbyville over Bradley Central Hillsboro over Smyrna Wilson Central over McGavock Millington over Memphis East Barlett over Houston I will admit, I know nothing about Regions 7 & 8. Good luck to all the young ladies. This is were the hard work and long hours pay off.
