Good job to the WC Wildcats. You played a hard game and had a great season!! As for #56, emotions were running high last night, and we will never know why he had such great sportmans like conduct. Was he provoked or just trying to be a butt, we will never know. And as for the UC fans, 1st class is all I can say. Loved the Good Bye song. I think we did that in Middle School. And, as for Rocky Top, in case you haven't noticed, UT is not that great, you should leave their fight song to them. Both teams played their hearts out, but UC had less mistakes and was the better team. #27, wow is all I can say, you should go far. As for WC, Dillon Warren you are one heck of a player and to have played all season injured, you couldn't tell it. Maybe you haven't gotten the credit you deserved, but you are a great player and have the sportsmanship to go with it. You are MVP in my book. And of course, way to go Lint!!

Greenman, I totally agree with what you said about Waynesboro and its fans and parents. Rumor has it Rick Rice will be taking over baseball this year. As a sibling to Waynesboro athletes I don't miss a game, but I wish that our crowd and students had the spirit of Collinwood. I work in C'Wood and love the atmosphere, as a new parent my child may become a Trojan if I stay here long enough. Can't believe I just said that. But the support of parents and fans in general makes a world of difference once you grow up a little and have children of your own. I can remember the days that Waynesboro had those supporters, but that was years ago.

Congrats CPA. Great game and both teams played well. CPA was just on a roll. CPA you also have a great student section and fans. I think WC felt welcome in your house. Good luck in State.

At least our so called 7 coaches haven't gotten fired/resigned for misconduct with our students or their players. Noticed his name plate was gone last night.

Not jealousy, but hostility. Not many people from WC have gotten over the way that PC acted last year at the districts. You know PC cutting couches in the locker room, their superintendent and ex-assistant coach trying to fight with an 11 year old kid. Talk about classy. But, most Rhodes are that way, I hate that Joe got mixed up with them. Maybe he'll be able to find a job elsewhere since they were nice enough not to fire him.

Nothing illegal was done. The kid's mom works in C'wood, so if the daughter wants to go to school there it shouldn't matter. If he wants to come to the Boro because his girlfriend goes to school there then whats the big deal? Everything was done by the book. So, everyone who is jealous needs to get over it. These rumors are getting old. If something was done wrong don't you think that TSSAA would have done something about it this summer or when school started. Why don't you people find something new to talk about.

Fast Eddie, just so you know, thats not why they were asked to sit down. I happen to know who the fans were sitting behind the students and they were proud to see the kids school spirit. It was the Summertown people sitting on the visiting side. If they wanted to see the game, they should have set on their own side of the gym.

I say it will be a close game down to the last second. PC will have the home court advantage. WC needs to be ready to play some ball. Davenport is going to have to watch her passes and the posts are going to have to hit their shots and REBOUND! I say WC by 5 if they play ball, PC by 10 if WC forgets what a basketball is.

Doesn't most of the students at WC call their principal Chief? I've heard him called that a couple of times. YOu could call yourself the Chiefs. Maybe not, sounds kind of dumb.

Funny how neither the coach nor the principal at WCHS are getting too worried about it. I'm assuming that whoever started this rumor is a parent of a kid on the ball team who is mad because Bryant is starting or playing more than their child. We all know how parents are in the Boro. Don't want to make the wrong ones mad or anything.

Oh, and the Bryant kid lives in Hurricane Hills in Waynesboro. Why should we worry where he lives?

I am a Republican. But, I wasn't trashing the "working man". I've known Adam for years. I know he works in his dad's station. He dated a friend of mine from the Boro a couple of years ago. So, just tell him hello from the Boro.

Anyone who knows Adam, knows how he likes to flaunt his money. Glad he has a good cause to give it to.

Please do us all a favor and leave Adam Sanders wherever he is. I don't know many people who are missing him. But Timothy Barber has been missed.

Why did Clifton's coach get suspended for 2 games? I heard it had something to do with the S'town game? Any info? I also heard that the Watson girl may be suspended for one game. Anyone know anything about that?
