Not really all we basically do is run a few miles at practice we dont do anything to make us faster or stronger and thats wat i was trying to find stuff out about

I was wondering if anyone knew a good way to get faster times. I'm running about a 17 or so right now and was trying to find a good way to take off a minute or so of my time

Zion beat Giles 5-4. this means they will get another chance at CA maybe the third time will be the charm. This should be a better game then the past to when and where will the game be?

Lawrence County's keeper Clint Daniels has made alot of great saves and has had 8 PKs taken on him and has stopped all but 1. He stopped to pks last night in the Giles county game

Since when did you have to be an English expert to post on coacht? thats pretty stupid. We played Blackman and Lawrence County thinks they are a classy team and they didnt trash talk us. In that game both teams played a good game, so the ffact that yall are posting about them not being classy and trash talking is off subject and if you want to sit and say this about them you might as well say it about yourself cuz you can not say your team hasnt done that before. yes it was a very good game our team liked how yall would play the ball out wide then work it in b/c yall had alot of opprotunities to score but just couldnt find the back of the net....keep up the good work we will be ready 4 next year when we play again good luck with the rest of your season

this was an awesome game no1 thought that lawrence county could do it but we did. Both teams played a great game ...just like some thoughts on the score to the people who doubted us saying we would get beat 4 or 5 nothin

so those are just numbers and the reason i think CA killed Zoin is b/c they were talking so much crap about them and CA was upset and there was prob alot of energy and emotion in that game i still think the game will be closer but i guess we will find out 2morrow night i dno if they will get 6 goals in on us we have a pretty good defence and a good keep im gonna say 3 or 4 goals but not 6

yea it should be a good gave..we've had a pretty good season we have only lost all our games 1 goal....and we give it all till the end of the game good luck 2morrow

I think this will be a good game for the first half, but on the other hand CA might be so fired up that they put it away in the first. good luck to both teams it should be a good one if zoin plays smart and work the ball. I'm going to say CA-3 Zoin-1

yes i think we have improved alot we have 15 freshman on our team and i think we will grow over the next couple of years.......we play Blackman on Monday anyone know anything that can help us?

the players to watch are #18,#22,#10 they are fast and have good skills ...there defense is slow and not very strong and also they have a guy #21 on their team he looks like he is about 30 years old anyways he scored the goal to tie use with about 1 mins left in the game....good luck FC

Freshman Erik Barnes he is 1 of our best players and he is awesome he got both of the goals
