Can you say fair weather fan. I guess softball is all you care about cause yall are terrible at everything else you played this year!

I got an idea. Why dont you boys and I do mean boys from Bledsoe go see if you can help your baseball team out, from the looks of yesterdays score against Lookout Valley they could use you guys. I know your softball team is loaded and Id say Sequatchie couldnt beat them unless all the chips fell in order, but I wouldnt be shocked if Sequatchies softball team or South Pittsburgs for that matter would beat Bledsoes baseball team so stick that in your pipe and smoke it!

If you people would put ypor scores in after every game (win or lose) then it would not be such a big deal!

First let me say congrats to Hixson. They are the champs and deserve to be for one simple reason, they were the best defensive team in 6-AA all year and defense wins championships. East Ridge did a really good job getting to the championship, They beat two good teams in Sequatchie and CSAS to earn thier way to the finals. CSAS is a good team but lets be serious for a minute, they have to be the biggest disapointment and most overrated team in 6-AA all year and that has now been proven without a doubt. Im not saying they are not a decent team but they play very little defense and did a poor job of living up to all the attention they brought to themselves at the start of the season. Howard lost to Hixson semis of the district in what I guess is an upset but I would think that there is a decent chance to get some payback in the regionals next week if both teams can win thier first round games in the region. I'd say that McMinn Central is the clear favorite in the region but if things go like the didrtict tournamnet goes anything can happen. Good luck to all the 6-AA teams in the regionals!

Well Mr. Train what happened was that nobody could score so they finally said lets go home and declared the game a tie. In all honesty I'd say it was just somebody just messing around.

Im not surprised by some people from CSAS getting on here and taking shots at other schools in the district. This is not the first time. Today they are throwing jabs at Tyner. Im no Tyner fan by no means but it would look like to me that you guys would not talk crap about other schools when you are not leading the district and lost to the team that has the worst district record. Its a opinion at this time that Tyner wont make it out of the district. To be honest I hope they dont. The Facts are that you guys lost to Marion (which by the way is not a terrible team) and you are 0-2 against Howard. Now if Dragoo and the boys are so good then why is it that they cant beat Howard. My advise is to worry about making it out of the district yourself and not worry about what everybody else does!

Look out for Grundy this week! Colquette has a new offense that will shock the world. The Jackects will introduce the shotgun package that will include four wide receivers. This will spread the field and and light of the scoreboard for the Jackets. I predict that Grundy will put up forty plus in this new scheme and begin the turnaround of what has been a slow start for football on the mountain. Del Tavien promised that he would not go public with this informantion but with me being from out of town and knowing that the Cheifs have no time to prepare for this being that it is game day I dont mind letting the world in on what I know. All I have to say is that with Coach Mac calling the shots it wont be long before the party is over for the Rockets!

Davis has just been added to the Class A Mr. Basketball final list. Congrats Jimmy!

For the first time in the history of high school basketball a referee has been voted MVP of a district tounament. Jimmy Davis, of Manchester, was voted as the MVP of the District 11-A Tournament in Unionville after he did all he could do to stop Community from beating Forrest in the semifinals of the tournament. One might say but the finals have not been played yet but dont worry Jimmy will be back for the Championship on Friday night and will be ready to let everyone in the gym know that he is running the show. I'd like to be a fly on the wall at little Jimmys' house to see if he is able to go to sleep tonight or look himself in the mirror in the morning. You know that Communitys' coach did not want the timeout when you gave it to him at the end of the game and you gave it to him knowing it was his last timeout and it would mess up what he was planning to do when he was going to call the timeout if the Forrest player missed the second fould shot which is what he was telling his players (by the way for those that do not know the kid missed the next fouold shot which is when he wanted the timeout called) which left Community with only a hail mary at the buzzer. I do not have any idea how you can be an educator and teach kids for a living and do what you did to the kids at Community tonight. All I can say is you got Communitys' coach back for something that happened earlier in the season that you did not like and someday the favor will be returned to you. This is by no means a threat, its just a fact of life that what comes around goes around. Congrats to Forrest on the win and Good luck to Mr. Davis on his game Friday. Maybe it will snow later tonight and Jimmy wont have to go to school. I'm sure if he is teaching the same lessons at his school as he is on the basketball floor that a day off would be great for his kids. The only thing about its is that it will take a lot longer than a day to correct the things he is putting in the minds of young people if he does the same thing at school as he does on the court. I hope for the youth of Coffee Countys' sake that he is a completely different person when he leaves his day job and goes to his night job!

All these kids are really good players. Let me add two more that come to mind, Charlie Moore from East Ridge, and Rodney Henderson from Howard, two very good players that can play at te next level. To add some more fun to this if you had a Chattanooga area team who should be the coach?

Thank you bballtn. First off if me and vegas are *** clowns then we would fit right in at Rhea Co. with the three ring circus led by Coach Crowder (the ring leader). I'm also proud to be a junior pro coach (a ten time coach of the year I might add). Unionvegas is also a junior pro coach and pretty good I might also add. (although he only has five coach of the year honors to my ten) If the money was right us clowns would move up there and help build your junior pro program so that you would not have to go recruit players to try to compete with Bradley Central. Vegas may be bought for a cheap price but I will cost you a little more based on my record which speaks for itself (ten time coach of the year incase you forgot). Does it hurt you boys when yopu get called out? I do coach Jr. Pro tell the General to come down and see me he may learn a few things a bout class, coaching etc. P.S. There is only one general in basketball and thats Bob Knight and you Mr. Crowder are no Bob Knight sir!

Your so good General why dont you just name the score! I wonder what the Vegas odds will be. Be careful, your kin folks in Dayton may get upset! For what its worth I like Bradley in a barn burner 87-86!

Somebody forgot to tell Rhea Co. that AAU is after high school basketball season is over. I guess you have to do what you have to do to compete against Bradley Central. Only time will tell if Rhea had a good enough recruiting class to get the job done and bring the gold ball home. Good Luck!
