Actually, they beat yall what 4 times this year??? I'm still waiting on your response to my comment on the other thread about how Temple would beat the "terrible" McMinn Central...

Well for one, do what the national media does...look at strength of schedule versus strength and success, which is something CoachT.com does a great job of comparing...this website is how I devised my top 5...I will give you one example for AA and you tell me if you agree...this was about at the end of the regular season... 1. Mitchell 2. Bolivar Central. 3. Liberty Tech. Magnet 4. Haywood 5. McMinn Central

Well, the team I am a fan of had not played near the strength of schedule as Liberty Tech. Magnet, Bolivar Central, or Mitchell...so that was my basis for them being number 1 was because these pollsters vote for the home town team, as you said, and I agree 100%...it is not right...

THe pollsters naturally put the best team in their area at number 1...the polls are stupid though and undependable...

Thad is not my player, I am a McMinn Central Fan, I am just stating facts...honestly, if you know anything about basketball, listen to what I am saying...in the first half, Thad was on the low block and was virtually unstoppable...am I right or am I wrong, be honest, don't say you're wrong just because you are in love with Liberty, be unbiased...in the second half, he got moved to point guard and thus he had one point in the second half...switching positions can affect your output...if you knew anything about basketball, then you would know that...

We've been to sub-state 4 out of the last 5 years and state 3 out of the last 5...furthermore, we have won our district every year and region twice...so what you think of McMinn Central doesn't matter to me, you're an idiot as it is...by the way, Central would MURDER Temple if they played them...so why don't you just shutup before you fall behind even more...

I'm not a hater, I'm just capabale of abstract thought...I have NEVER at ANY LEVEL seen a coach do something like what he did last night with the exception of Bob Knight of course...he is the coach of the 6th/8th ranked team in THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!! You would think with that respect he has, he would understand that crap like this happens...and if he truly is a good coach and not just a man that has unstoppable talent, then he would know how to act in this situation...I'm not saying he is a fake coach, I'm just saying he showed no class last night with that move...I understand his frustration, but you don't EVER do something like that...you save those moves for after the game in the lockerroom...

Again, congrats to yall, yall have an excellent team...I look for yall in the championship game next year...but I have heard whispers that Alcoa will be the team to beat from the east next year...I have heard rumors that they are very deep and will be talented next year...though if Liberty is as deep as they were this year, nobody will be beating them...

HAHA, same here...just some guesses I was making tho...lol...

I believe Culleoka will be a force in A...in AA, Liberty will make a title defense...in AAA, its a tossup in my mind...what do you all think???

Well, I appreciate those nice comments...I was truly wrong by saying Liberty's depth would not be a factor against McMinn Central...I was blown away by how deep they are...West TN Ball is a whole nother game...but the East can ball too...one thing I will admit though...competition out here is nothing compared to the west... Don't show class because of me, show class because of the team that fought with all their heart and came up short...I gave your squad props...you could do the same cuz we did some good things... Wouldn't expect you to be you seem to know nothing about talent...

I have found several other people that agree with my oppinion that Elderidge is an all-around better player...while you all my defeat Grace next year, I can take comfort in the fact that they had their way with you temple idiots this year...I don't goto Grace by the way...lol, I seriously wish you would say a word about MY team so I could talk about how bad they would kill you...

Excuse me, but who was in the state tournament??? I realize this doesn't make Elderidge a better player, but he produced so well under such pressure...Skogen didn't get that oppurtunity but Elderidge did...in my oppinion, Elderidge is better...too bad I'm an "idiot fan" though for stating my oppinion...lol, you my friend are nothing more then a disgruntled Temple fan...

Me and you were hashing it out a lil bit on the Central/Liberty board, but I have alot of respect for you all...congratulations on your state championship...and you all can get another one next year as well... No offense to Liberty, but their defense had nothing to do with Thad scoring 1 point in the second half...Thad was on the low block the entire first half...I think when he got moved from the low block to the point in the second half, that was Mitchell's undoing...he wasn't able to produce at that position, plain and simple...

I stand corrected and have already admitted to it...Central actually hung for a half and then yall ran away with it...its a shame they just aren't that deep though...congrats to yall on a big win...and I hope you were somewhat impressed with East Tennessee Ball...imagine what we could have done with some depth...

Hamilton to me looked like just a bunch of punks (I know I have flak comin for that comment) in the championship game...and their coach...don't even get me started on him...the biggest excuse of an adult I have ever seen...to be coach of the #6 team in the nation and then act like the way he did at the end of regulation??? He is truly a disgrace to the State of Tennessee IMO...

I don't really care which team won or lost, I was just giving my oppinion...and the way Hamilton play, they SHOULD have lost...its just a shame Shelbyville got all those fouls...

I'm really proud of Grace...they represented east tennessee really well...you have nothing to be ashamed of...great season and again, Congratulations and I look forward to seeing next year's class perform well!!!

I knew Liberty had a chance...not taking away from them by any means but Mitchell kinda shot themselves in the foot...announcers said Thad Young had one point in the second half... Anyway, Congrats Crusaders!!!
