Dexter doesn't have to recruit...Liberty is a Jackson powerhouse and he is a great coach. If you're a good ballplayer and you're in Jackson, it makes perfect sense to want to get coached by the best coach and play for the best team. Its called reputation. Hmmm Liberty or South Side? Liberty or JCM? Liberty or North Side? Liberty or Madison? Making comments like that...come on, think about it. "Best recruiter," how bout best coach/program.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they got both of them. I know they got the point guard Kendal Anthony. He's playing quite a bit off the bench behind junior Ricky Williams. In what little bit I've seen him play the kid has been impressive. Give him another year or two to grow some and mature, and Anthony is going to be a GREAT point guard for Liberty.

Liberty lost all their main guys from last year. Say what you will, AA or AAA, last year it wouldn't have mattered, Liberty was the best team. I've personally been impressed with how well they have done this year despite losing so much talent. After seeing them play some this year, they are a young, talented, and deep team. Although they won't win a state title this year, it wouldn't completely shock me if they found a way to get to the 'Boro. But anyone who knows anything about the program knows that Liberty is on track to be back where they were last year...winning state titles. Their sophomore and freshman classes are stacked, and right now their youth shows at times, but don't worry, you'll be hearing plenty about them in a year or two. They've got some very impressive young players, and they're getting some good experience this year by playing a tough schedule. Dexter's got his squad right on track to be where he wants them to be.

Yeah, you must not have gotten the chance to watch Sain play much this year. The kid improved his outside game tremendously...actually, he ended being one of Liberty's main 3 point threats this year. He's a very good prospect, and as long as he keeps working as hard as he's worked, he'll be a really good college player for somebody.

If you expect to see anything but VICTORY smirks on Liberty fans' faces, you will be sadly dissapointed. Pearl Cohn is gonna get waxed.

"same team, minus Wright and Bone?" Those are two pretty big shoes to fill...you'll see.

Yeah, I think Liberty will overwhelm BA. They haven't seen a team this good with this style of play.

The only team that can stop Liberty in 2A is Liberty themselves, which I don't see happening. Liberty all the way.

Anybody have any updates on the Liberty game? I've tried to find a live stream online, but can't find a good one.

Science Hill plays Liberty in the first round, lets just say Liberty is favored to win that one.

Bummer.....those guys made a name for themselves down there this week though.
