I'm not terribly familiar with each division and region, especially in middle and west Tn., but here in southeastern part of the state, Red Bank, Notre Dame and Baylor appear to be the cream of the crop in their respective divisions.
Red Bank just got its ace (Brandon Ward) back, and they're a different team now.
Notre Dame has the a junior (Sam Eberle) who will probably be the top hitting prospect in the state next year. He has ALL the tools: power, speed, batting average, glove and throwing arm. He can play every position (he could start as catcher for anybody) , and other teams should be thankful he doesn't pitch any more.
Baylor's Massey is an amazing pitcher, and Coach Gene Etter is the master.
