Tennessee Express won the 14U South. The Murfreesboro Belles were going to play in the finals. Never found out who won the 2nd place game.

I believe that the Shox out of Clarksville won the 13U N Middle.

Any updates on who has applied or when a coach will be named?

Seems like there could be one place we could go to for brackets and results. Maybe that makes too much sense. Perhaps the sub-state directors could forward their brackets to the state director to put on the state website rather than us going to three or four club sites. Let's use the technology people!!! I bet coacht would post the aau brackets and results here!!

I didn't see the 13U Trotters, however, the referees were 'inconsistent' the entire tournament. Anyone know what happened Friday night and why they had to change the referee assisgnments?

Sounds like most teams are waiting to play next week's SRT instead of this week's.

Thanks for sharing those. Phil does a great job with his tournament. His brackets are out but yet the SRT this weekend are still not available. I don't get it.

SHS was missing their starting pt guard and one other player due to football. Whitehouse shot lights out early and held on at the end. Pierre looked ok. They'll be a different team once football is over and the quarterback returns to the pt guard spot.

the Lady Colts forfieted the consolation game today to the Wings.

13U St. Louis Hoops defeated Tennessee Flight/Wings by one in overtime for Memphis SRT Championship. Ark. Mavericks defeated Lady Tigers in consolation game. Hoops and Mavericks get national bids (I think) because Flight/Wings already have one. Somebody that knows more than I do about these things can verify the national bids part. 14U Two Memphis teams were playing for championship.

Friday Night 13U Wings beat Memphis Glory. Memphis Lady Elite(Pruitt) lost to Alabama Magic and Lady Tigers Alabama Panthers lost to Arkansas Mavricks. Lady Trotters and St. Louis Hoops were tied late in the game. Not sure who won. Missed the early game between the Glory and Memphis Lady Elite(Lewis).

I haven't seen all of the 12's but if there's a team better than the Shox out of Clarksville, they're going to have to be really, really good.

The Knights are based out of Pope John Paul II. As far as I know they are mostly a school team with a few exceptions. One "problem" that can happen when a team pulls into a half court press, there are no defenders back when the steals take place. At least there are players back when a team presses full court. CPGB06, you're probably right about them needing to play Division II. Going on what I know, they would be able to compete much better in D2.

I don't know who's the strongest but the Pride is really good. The Voyagers have an excellent guard and one other pretty good player. The Pride is big and fast. We had the honor of losing to both of them recently, by 40 to the Pride and 7 to the Voyagers. The Cheatham County team didn't impress me much if it's the same team that I watched a couple of weeks ago. I saw a couple of others, but they are not on the list.
