I don't think Columbia has lost their edge, but they do have to work through some things...They just didn't hit the ball like they needed to tonight and Lawrence County did. That is all there is to be said. It is still early in the season and these games aren't as important as the District Tourney games. We will have to see what the future holds...GO LADY LIONS!!! keep your heads up!!!

Columbia had an excellent game last night. Great pitching from Shannon and Penrod!!! Way to pull through Lady Lions!!!! They got the bigs hits they needed at just the right time!

He plays the oldest and he has never changed that no matter how good or bad they are. Even if somebody is better than them.

RebelRaider you don't know the whole sitiuation so you don't need to be saying things like that. My coach could put me on the field anywhere except for pitching and I could play it very well. So don't be telling people they aren't good. That was very rude and I don't appreciate it.

I know you have to practice hard and work hard. That is excactly what I am doing. I don't expect to walk on the field and everyone bow down in awe. I was only trying to get some advice and then people turn it in to something negative. I know I am not the best player in the world and there is not just one good player either. I have worked my butt off. The coach has put me in 3 different places and told me I would get to share a position and that has yet to happen. It is just so disappointing when you don't get to play and have been told you were going to get to. I could play any of those 3 positions just as well as anyone else but I haven't even got a chance too. Like I already said in a previous post I am not one to complain and all I wanted was some advice. Please don't put people down and don't put words in other people's mouth. We have feelings. I think I have said what I need to say.

We have so many good players on the team that anybody could go in and play. I don't understand why he does this to us though. He promises one thing and then it never happens. I am so down and out about the whole situation. I got to play so much last year and now I haven't played in 7 or 8 games until last night and I didn't do good at all. All I got to do was hit and I really don't think that I could have done that well if I haven't been hitting against live pitching. I could be wrong though. I really hate that we don't have JV games now too. Now I won't ever get to be the catcher and show him what I can do. It really disappoints me. And I feel sorry for the people that don't ever play. I will probably never play again after last night, but I did try and I think that is all that matters. I really think you are right s3softball that we won't have 15 next year. I don't even know if I will be there. I want to see how the rest of the season goes. And your right about no one is killing the ball, especially last night, no one killed it. So it is kind of up in the air who the best nine are. I have been really surprised that you have not got to pitch because you are an awesome pitcher. You did great in that Coffee County JV game when I caught you and we had to call our own pitches. Don't get me wrong the other pitchers are awesome too but I think you should get a chance to pitch too. Well...if anyone has any advice for me about this situation I would really like to know. Look at the last one I posted also.
