I heard from Davis himself. The words straight out of Davis' mouth that "The names of the people we have are based on what we thought we saw the other night". The Clinton administration does not have any proof that any one of these people were their. 2 or 3 staff members can't pick out 30-40 students the next day and know for a FACT that every one of them were their. They got students right that were their. They let some students off that were their but they didnt see. and They got some students that didnt even go to the game that they thought were their. IMO they should have to have 100% proof to do anything in the first place. Next the punishment they gave for the ones who actually did get caught is harsh for just watching a fight anyway. The school has already recieved calls from teachers, coaches, parents, students, and news stations on this. That is negative reviews that the school doesnt need and didnt need to put its self in. The AD from Clinton high school is giving Clinton a bad name right now and bringing in all of these negative reviews. Like whoever did the vandalism of Blankenship Field. They didnt get to the bottom of that and no one got punished for it but they want to punish kids for whatching a fight that some that were around didnt even know what was going on. I hope everyone who is from around this area knows that this isnt what it is normally like and that the actions of few shouldnt pertain to many. Including not getting to go to the Oak Ridge/Clinton game which from what i hear many people are going to including players from the HOT Tennessee mens basketball team.(Lofton, Patterson, Wingate).

Kicking the 30-40 Orange Crush faithful out hasn't destroyed the rivalry and couldnt touch what all this rivalry has been in the past. What it does do is reduce Clintons home court advantage and effects Clinton for this game. It is still going to be a good game and hopefully the school will get so many negative complaints that we can go ahead and bring the student section out full force. I believe all of this will motivate the team when they see the remaining ones of the Orange Crush coming out and yelling for their team twice as loud.

If Clintons guards are getting boards over the AC post players like they were against Karns that will be a good sign that this one will be over early. Im watching for Garner and maybe even Jackson to get some dunks in this game.

Clinton by 20 or more this year. AC doesnt have the depth or athletes to match Clintons talent. Should be a blowout and the Clinton reserves should play the 2nd half because Laverdiere cant handle the tough Clinton press by himself.

Clinton has 6'5 Post player Matt Ford that is probably the best, most pure shooter on the team. After Ford the next tallest players are about 6'2, 6'3 and they have a few players from the 6'1 - 6'3 range. But Clintons strong points will be in their guards and their defense, especially the press.

How is the jambalai at Catholic? I hear its pretty good!

First of all, before the mavericks get a little too big for their britches, they need to look at their stats. Against Webb High, the "big fat quarterback" jimmy colson threw what? 4 interceptions in one game? Sure ours isn't THAT much better but we don't go acting cocky when our record is evident that we don't have much to be cocky about. However, we play the top two teams in the state, and I don't see why you guys got so excited about beating Fulton because yeah sure they were state champs last year, but what's their record this year THE SAME AS OURS (1-3). What quality teams have you beat this year? You couldn't hold a candle in the wind to half the teams we've played this year and especially with a horrible quarterback and only one runninback worth mentioning. I wonder how you guys would be without all the transfers...Jacksboro, Norwood, half of you all went or live in Clinton or Campbell County's school districts.
