Haha! With what happened to me last year at Tull...you'd think the coaches in the district would look more closely at their students class schedules haha. 2 classes just doesn't seem to be enough...regardless of if you could have graduated in December lol

Cookeville takes this one, i wouldn't think it would be a high scoring game all that much considering (i believe) cookeville lost one of their better scorers up top. But the kid, Will i think?, in the midfield is truly fantastic and should be able to dominate the ball throughout the mid zone. Also, Blackman lost alot of talent last year from Griffen Tuggle in the back and ,if you can excuse their consistent poor sportsmanship, Micah Morrisey and Jordan Holmes. Their keeper is good..not great though..and they have one really good young forward that I think is getting back from an injury. Cookeville takes it, not a problem

well benji didn't get defensive player of the year haha, and neither did benji rupture some kids spleen in am 8-2 victory just t remind everyone that h will hurt you without care, defensive player of the year should have been adam myers from Tull. cause he shut him down and quietly took the cheap shots that come with a team coached like that. I'm pretty sure CCHSKEEPER is that same goaie he hurt, if I were him, I'd have something against gordon too. and Cooke7. by your logic, a player could stab another teams star player and it would be fine as long as in his mind he's helpin his team...definitely a shelbyville mentality

Well, Im not sure what I will get awards for, maybe its the over 4.0 GPA, the honors diploma, the 33 credits now that I have "3" classes this simester when i could have graduated after last one..Im not sure, Kent, But I got the notice that I at least get somethin haha.

Awards night for us is actually the day of the game so you better believe I will just be gettin my awards in the mail

He is definitely one of the strongest players in the district, and a leader for his team, he is in the runnin for sure

I would have to disagree with the statement above that LC controlled the game..5 and 7 can control the ball when they have it, but as for the rest, if you can't play off them, you can't play at all. Every goal is a defensive error if you think about it ^^ and your first 2 before our own were pretty amazing, good luck next season and with finding a new coach

The Ineligble player picked up an extra class...because a person cant have 1 class per simester during that season..which the administration at Tullahoma high school didnt catch to say no early on..but decided to say no half way through the season..and after 4/6 district games. The player is eligible again.

Tullahoma scored about 15 in givin the early 1-0. The game was a big mess of shinannigans after that with cards throwin eachw way, on a break away one of tullahomas players gets pushed from behind into their own goalie, busting the defenders tooth in, and dazing the goalie, who is subbed out then back in. Tullahoma ended with a 2 yellows and 1 soft red I believe and Shelbyville had 2-3 yellows. Shelbyville scores of the 2nd attempt at a pk..it was given back for coming off the line, but thats the refs prerogative, after shelbyville scores it goes down to the wire with collections of free kicks, great defense and hard fought rivalry battles. Great game, hope to see them in post-season.

I think this one could turn out to be a doozy, but my final prediction will have to be a Battle hardened Cookeville, with 2-1 or 2-0

Your main teams from middle TN will be coming from Nash districts and the M-boro district. district 7-AAA is lookin pretty rough this year with of course Blackman and Riverdale, but Cookeville is also looking promising, siegal lost few to graduation and Warren county is pulling together, as for Nashville thats a cornocopia of teams Centennial, Brentwood, Franklin, Independence, Ravenwood, Hendersonville is up there too. This is all just AAA though, plus there is talent spread out, but those are the main districts from Mid TN in my opinion

Yall were great yourselves, Independence . If ya didn't know, you were our 3rd game in a row that week, and that morning and the morning before we had had session at D1..so by the second half of that game we were dog tired and ready to fall over haha. Our Keeper is getting his confidence, he is getting better every day. We are a completely different team than last year, its a fact, but only time can tell the meaning of that

Im sorry to have to ask but who is this mjuhb? I play for Tullahoma and this is really bogglin my mind since he knows EVERYTHING about us and our district and our region, and just as much if not more for the girls season! Great info all the time, just wish I knew who is our devoted fan?

Doesn't look like he does have it under control since he's still talkin back to the ref, and yellin at his opponents in blatent vision of the ref..maybe you just dont see what we see since you got thrown out so quick.

Was a good game all around. Was a good test run for Tullahoma. I definitely approve of playin a quality team to get us warmed up before season. Hopefully will see you guys in Region.

If Micah could keep his head in a game i'd agree with you..but that kid lacks the sportsmanship or effort to be called one of the best in the state..sorry.
