to rebel raider, to bad you are just a fan in the stand. You will never know how it feels to play a sport and enjoy the joy of victory from a player's point of view. How easy it is to be a fan. Unless you play the sport, you will never know about the amount of time and hard work that goes in to playing the sport of football. You will not have to give up your free time to work on plays and then go home late at night to do your homework. This is not just this fall. Football is an all year round sport. Good luck to the Rebels in their quest to the state but I have to say great job to the Central Bobcats for never giving up. Class act by Zack and Joel. My son played baseball for Joel and has great respect for him as a coach. Won first place his first and only year as Central's baseball coach.

No question about it..Knox county would win. I would like to see an allstar team put together to play.

As I stated earlier....get a life!!!!! Unless you are one of the boys on the team..you did not beat Central. Too much he said ..she said. Tell your boys ( and their moms & dads) that football is a physical sport. Saw the whole game and what I saw went both ways but you do not hear Central crying about cheap shots. Grow up. I do not know why you feel Maryville fans or team are full of class. ...hard to see that on this board.

I can not believe that the "greatest team in America" according to Maryville fans is crying about cheap shots. To hear Maryville fans talk, they won in spite of Central's low blows. Come on!! I saw a Maryville player hit Zack while he was down. Cry babies. What do you think this is? Ping Pong? Do you know of a more physical sport in high school than football? Do you want me to believe that the officals did not see all of the "cheap shots"? Sounds like the same crying I heard after the Halls game about the wet field. Looking for excuses. Get over it. And you wonder why people think so little of fans like you. Yes, Maryville beat Central soundly. Hats off to the boys on the Maryville team. Good luck. Lady Bobcats...Great win over the University of Farragut today. Sometimes it helps to lose a game that does not matter in the regionals in order to keep from being over confident. Farragut had a good season..better luck next year. Win or lose... Lady Bobcats. Keep your heads high and keep "walking the walk" for you girls are winners to all the little girls who dream of playing high school ball at Fountain City ballpark.
