the biggest was dickson co over riverdale. i played for riverdale that year and what a celebration it was. we were number 11 in the fox sports poll that week. and we didnt exactly prepare for them either.

lincoln county cannot beat riverdale twice. I played for coach rankin and i know he has something up his sleeve for the falcons of fayetteville. The falcons are a good team dont get me wrong but, when its time for the playoffs its a different rivedale team than in the regular season.

I know from personal experiece LC WINS hands down (i played for riverdale) in the pit and lost and i also beat blackman (four times) but thats a different story. LC's QB is one of the highest recruited quarterbacks in the nation. in my personal opinion he's better than wolke by far. I'm interested to see how blackman rebuilds after losing alot of starters. I hope edminson can stay focused on high school football its the most fun you'l have.

Wolke is extremely overrated he has not impressed me the two years i played against him he has a good arm but any cover 2 or man press defense with a little pass rush will destroy him I know from experience if he wants to be a legit college quarterback he needs to increase his toughness and stop crying to momma after games. you know who it is

I respect blackman for having such a good team in such a little amount of time BUT the past spells it all riverdale has never lost to blackman. and only lost to oakland 9 times. I feel as if everyone wants to see us lose but they don not work hard enough to make it happen.oakland blackman are close but could not finish. at riverdale average players become good and good players become great.

Riverdale has won their region for the last 12,13 years why would Gary stop NOW.

Buford actually pancaked the oakland defensive players at will every down he was just taking them like victims maybe you should watch the film. He even hit big chris (the best oakland lineman) and knocked his helmet off. Check your facts before you go blurting off bad info. By the way he has 1 holding penalty on the year. He has offers from ohio state alabama auburn arkansas memphis kentucky wake forest south carolina geogia tech virginia texas a&m ole miss mtsu. Find anyone from oakland in the past 10 years with that type of recruiting list and the grades to get in.

Who is the best offensive lineman in tennessee. these guys don't get the newspaper articles or the interviews but day in and day out they put their bodies on the line so the backs can get the publicity.

You all must not have come to any riverdale games the two hardest hitters in the state are emmanuel ogelsby and kenyon buford. at 5'10" 225 pounds he brings the load every play he never quits on a play and has a nose for the football. Kenyon buford is a man amongst boys at 6'6" 355 pounds he blocks until the echo of the whistle he has more pancakes this year than IHOP.

coach barnes really is a good coach. But a better person. I played under him in 97 and 98 and he is still the same way. I see him every sunday in church. and anyone who has played for him... don't be drinking and belly warsh before the game.....
