  1. thats right mako, everything said on coacht is true. Garrett is a beast hands down. I once saw him jump off of the empire state building and only twist his ankle. Garrett's biggest attribute is his cold heart. Hes shows no mercy on the mat. This man is so heartless he has his own after-hours abortion clinic. If thats not hardcore i dont know what is. Thats right baby the 137 pound wreckin machine is comin for you. (P.S. Hide the women and small children, they wont want to be around during one of Garrett's matches.)
  2. dude he'll wrestle around 140. I once saw him lose a match and then proceed to walk outside and throw a car across the parking lot. crazy stuff from a crazy man.
  3. UHHH OHHH! It's on now. Garrett Karnowski come back for his final season as a rebel wrestler. There is no doubting this young mans ability to dominate each and everry single opponent that he faces. His strength is unmatched, his speed is makes Justin Gatlin jealous and he has all of the intangibles to be Maryville's first state winnner. Everyone better watchout because when this rowdy redhead has your back pinned against the mat theres no mercy!! Deal with it!
  4. I agree fully. Ive seen andrew take down men three times his size with ease. There is no one like him. I even heard that they will change the name of the team to the Maryville Andrew's
  5. Wow! that load about homecooking was hilarious. If you think people want maryvile to win your crazy. What the noseguard form Central said to the ref is common in any game. IF you sit and whine about being held to an official he is going to tell you to shut up. The center two years ago was brandon waters a 4a mr. football finalist, so i can understand why the central player was probably upset. every team gets calls and non-calls during a game that goes there way. IF you remember back to last years game at Maryville the rebels were lining up for a 4th and 1 on a drive that would have ran out the clock but the ref blew the whistle before the play for failure to wear a mouthpiece on Maryville's center who was barking out line calls. Anyway, Maryville dominates the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball. Maryville 42-24
  6. The No huddle, and pulling of the lineman every play was great. Maryville didn't pull the lineman every play. Theyonly pulled their lineman 2 0r 3 times on a trap. Alcoa lost deal with it!
  7. Actually Maryville has seen some national attention the last couple years. They've been picked in the top 20 in the southeast for a couple of years now. IN this years Sporting News National Football Edition, Maryville is ranked 16th in the southeast, which icludes TN, LA, AL, FL, GA, MS. Brentwood Academy is ranked 18th. Those are the only teams from TN ranked in the top 20.
  8. Oh, ok so he was only a freshman. My mistake. He's a big boy for a sophmore.
  9. I have a question about one of Alcoa's players. I saw Rae Sykes at the Jamboree. He is a big boy and a good athlete, but I can't recall seeing him play last year. I was just wondering if he was a transfer or didn't paly last year due to injury or some other cause.
  10. AlcoaBoi: Wow i think Alcoa should just go play in the NFL since their just going to stomp all over everybody. You Alcoa fans do the same thing every year. You hype your team up( which Alcoa is a very good team that in my opinion has a chance to go for the gold ball in december) will stomp the field with everyone. It was the same exact thing last year when Maryville (who returns 16 starters) turned the ball over six times at your house and still walked away with a 21 point victory. I'd be worrying about SD right now more then Maryville.
  11. awfully early too be taling about playoffs and such. Expect both team to play hard tommorow night. Blount county predictions. Alcoa over SD Maryville over Carter WB over Central in a close game West over Heriatage in another close one Greenback over Pigeon Forge
  12. Hey little boy it's time to start using Alcoa City Schools computers for the right reasons. Nice evil laugh. A jamboree is nothing but a glorified scrimmage. It means nothing. Even though i do remember pigeon forge driving the ball down the field on alcoa. The bottom line is pigeon forge does not have a very good ball team. As I recall Alcoa was supposed to mop the field with maryville last year according to other cocky fans like yourself. Maryville won by 3 touchdowns while turning the ball over six times. Maryville starts 16 seniors. It should be a good game. Oh and by the way your TSD comment was ignorant. Those boys play hard and with more pasion then ive seen a lot of other teams play with.
  13. And notice not a word from VitaVol.
  14. I wouldn't be so sure about that. The O-line has a year experience playing together now. They all weigh 220 or over. 4 out of 5 are 6 foot or better. they all improved their quickness, speed, and strength dramatically over the summer. Alcoa always plays hard and they will always make some plays with their athletes but to say that they will be in the backfield every play is ridiculous.
  15. Tallent, Baker, and Lawhon will all be back this week. Dave Garner is expected to be back after the Alcoa game. Expect more substitutions on defense for Maryville in the upcoming weeks.
