Double H, Heard Sinard was thinking about not playing this season. Wants to concentrate on her golf game, which is a great one at that. Any news on this?

Double H, I've seen Lambert coach as well...he's better off as an assistant to someone that knows more about hoops. Just never have been impressed with him as a coach.

Morristown East's Josh Russell was hosed out of the Class 4A State Player of the Week award by the AP. His stats: 32 carries, 332 yards (school record), 4 TDs (3, 7, 80, 92 yards) Even if he didn't win, Qb Dustin Coffey at Cherokee had better stats than the kid that won it - five TD passes, 1 rushing TD, over 300 yards passing. Two weeks ago, Jefferson County's Chris Shiverdecker (285 yards rushing, five TDs) was bypassed by a midstate player whose numbers were nowhere near as good. I guess since the AP is based out of Middle Tennessee, the award should be re-named the Midstate Player of the Week by AP.

I'm a grad from the late 80s and I'm curious. What seems to be the major problem right now at West? Is it a down cycle of talent or is there something behind the scenes that we don't know about? Please tell me

well for one, jeff didnt get to our qb once, so whats this about pressuring minnich? they didnt. and as much as DB passes i'd say they can pass block well. i do think that jason yeary will cause some trouble in that backfield though. good luck both teams.
