Fluke season? I'm lookin at the region standings and i don't see Karns up there with our FLUKE season. We'll see about our fluke season in 2 weeks when we play you all.

I agree that Bearden has alot of talent...and not the greatest coaching. I know that the QB pickle is a real good player, he may not have showed it in the stats against us but he is a good player with alot of potential. Hope you all knock off some teams the last 2 games of the season.

Game for 1st place in the region...thoughts?

Where do you find the state, region, section rankings in TN. Including overall, defensive, offensive....?

I dont know which Oak Ridge your talkin about, but the one I saw play thats in Region 2-5A didn't have any slow, weak, undisciplined athletes on the field at all. All they had were athletes that could play, like every other Oak Ridge school. I think Oak Ridge will prolly pull this out by a TD in a pretty close game, I'm really not too sure about it thought, since i haven't seen Ooltewah play. This game is actually pretty crucial to us in 1-5A cause it look like the bottom 2 seeds in our region will be playing these 2 teams, the top 2 in their region....Hope we(Campbell Co.) don't have to deal with that and seal one of the top 2 seeds

I'm gonna go ahead and say that AC loses to LC, but then prolly crushes Scott....Where would that put them in the playoff race? Cause I know some people at AC that want to come and see CC in the playoffs, but they gotta stay true and go to the Ac game if they make it....

I'm glad to see SD finally win one, although after playing both of them i thought that Bearden would win this one easily....guess you all proved me wrong, good luck in the rest of the season and good win.

Hands down, the worst officiated game i have ever seen.....Whoever told you that the refs helped us must have thought that we were wearing the redskins jerseys and not them. I felt reall good to have everything go against us and be down 28-12 and come back and win a HUGE game, that puts us in the drivers seat to host a playoff game.

Hey, AC won't be competely without a playoff game in the area....they can come down I-75 and watch us cougars play in one?

DB is still gonna be pretty upset about Karns beating them last year, and is gonna come out and kill Karns....I would say that it will be 21-0 in the first qt. DB wins big.

Yea, my freshmen year, which was this coachig staffs first year, we beat Jeff Co...to knock them out of the playoffs. I'm pretty sure they had something like a 7-3, 6-4 type record....I know JC4LIFE will set us straight on that one, so you'll know for sure soon. It was a great game though, it was raining about like it was in the hurricane games week 4, and we pulled it through.

I'd like to see Seveir Co. pull this one out, but I doubt they have it in them....I mean, they haven't scored a TD in 3 games, so I look for Seveir to actually put some points up on the board this week, but ya never know. I sure am rooting for Seveir Co., i know that much.

I know the reason us people in Cougar country hate AC 1. They recruit most all of our good players, thus the reason we havent had a winning season until now. 2. They won't play us. They are completely terrified to think that if they played us in ANYTHING they would lose, and hurt their recruiting budget. I'm not just talkin football either, they schedule games against our freshmen and JV basketball teams...and cancel at the last minute. AC will not play us in anything.

Whats everyone think about Science Hill's running game, cause from what the weathers tellin me...there's a 65% chance of rain Friday. We've watched him on film and stuff, but anyone out there that played Science Hill already have anything to say about their RB's/O-Line?

I'm gonna have to second Voltimessportseditor in proving JKAR wrong...cause I do believe mah boy Johnson is the 2 time AP player of the week in Tennessee....thats not tooooooo bad is it?

Yep, I once again agree with my fellow horsemen "The Enforcer". I think that's Derk marlowe, and i think that DEVIN might just be big devin. right

A-E will destroy AC. This game will not even be close. Like I said last week, AC is one of, maybe THE most overrated team in East Tennessee(just East because I don't know anything about Middle or West). AE is pretty good by the way.... AE- 42 AC- 7(on their 2/3 string)

Campbell Co. vs. Science Hill

Us in region 1-5A are all pretty interested to see how things shape up the next 3 weeks for the playoffs. I think that Oak Ridge will win out, but Ooltawah will play them pretty close and be 2nd in the region, followed by Soddy Daisy and Farragut in last. I haven't seen Farragut play, but I think they'll lose to all these teams and finish with 3 losses. We'll be lookin forward to playin whoever we play come week 11.

I have heard that DB can't exactly stop the run like they would like to....and I also heard that Karns can run the ball fairly well.....For the simple fact that Karns beat them last year, and they feel like they have a good shot at state this year I'm gonna go DB by 21, in a close game up until the 4th qtr.

I also go to Campbell Co., and i agree with my fellow horseman CClineman. I think that Bearden will probably take this game by 2 td's. All though South Doyle played DB good, i think.....Bearden has a real good QB, and I think they will throw it right over South Doyle.

WOW I never thought I'd hear JC4Life go out and pick Campbell Co. But hey, he did make a good pick.....Science Hill will be tough though, we're gonna have to come out and play with the same intensity and fire that we have been for the past 4 weeks. Because no matter what our record is, or what we do...I'm sure Science Hill, just like Seveir Co and everyone else, will consider it an embarressment to lose to Campbell Co. So i gaurantee they come out and try to beat us worse than they would anyone else.

I just got back from seeing Friday Night Liights...and it's easily the best sports movie i have ever seen. This movie was great, nothing really compares for me.
