Have you seen the studs that have come out of Huntingdon? Look them up year in and year out. They have legit athletes out there. I’m sure they are like the rest of us.. they lose some kids and gain some kids. That’s the way it goes.

No way this happens vs a team that’s beaten two straight undefeated teams. SP isn’t on probation. That ended after the 2022 season.

Wellington and Farrior at SP have played some pretty good teams too. MTCS is in the D2 title game. I’ve read the belly aching on here for over a year now about the Moore County kid. “Dawson is head and shoulders…this and that.” News flash.. other teams have good players as well. I would be very surprised if this happens. Gordonsville has a lot of pride within their program. I believe Pirates will win but it will be closer.

It could be a setup and Gordonsville is just laying low. It’s happened before through the years. I drove by one night this week at 8 pm and the practice field lights were still on and a couple cars left in the parking lot. It sounds like they might be expecting much more than you.

I wouldn’t go that far.SP has had a lot of great teams through the years. The 2023 team isn’t bad though.
