What happened to mcminns backs that were supposed to run all over us. It looked like to me that mcminn got ran all over. Thats pretty bad when u say ur gonna win and u dont even score. Caldwell hasnt been stopped all year and mcminn definitely didnt stop him. Mcminn got killed. Not even close.

i was injured at region w/ tendonitis and ran a slow time. i wasnt even close to 100 percent. And i took the week and a half before off to try to get it healed. so thats why i wasnt runnin that fast. but this year ill be healed and well see how it goes.

All these teams r talkin about how fast they r gonna be. LIke that theyll have so many people in the 16s and they talk about how they run these fast times yet everytime i run against them i beat 2 or 3 of their top 5 and run around 17 30 last year. Unless people r gonna drop 1 or 2 minutes then no team in region 3 AAA will have an entire time in the low 16s. And if they r droppin that much then i wanna know what work out they r doin.

I think they have ran that much. I have to say that its theyre not very good. If they have to run that much just to barely beat guys that run like 30 miles a week thats not good.

If Mcminn runs 100 miles per week then they dont have raw talent. I run maybe 25 or 30 miles a week last season and had like 3 mcminn guys beat me. If they are runnin 4 times as much as i am and still not blowing me away thats not very good. Ooltewahs runners have raw talent. The most that we get up to is like 25 or 30 miles a week. Mcminn needs to find some raw talent. Then u would have an unbelieveable team if u ran that much.

there is no way that ooltewah will beat bradley. they dont even have a team. the 1st 2nd and 5th runners arent runnin this year. 6 and 7 graduated as of rite now we only have 3 girls. but 2 of them are really good. they are both sophmores. so they will probably make state unless they get injured or something.

I think that mcminn will win this year. They just have more coming back from a team that was already stronger than bradleys team. Mcminn wins bradley gets second and ooltewah gets third. Ooltewah gets third cause even though they lost 4 varsity runners the top 2 are back. We have 3 new guys that can run faster than our 3 last year (who didnt run at region). Our top seven this year can all run faster than our top four from last year. And bradley and mcminn better be happy that our 3rd best from last year isnt running and that we had a guy that was gonna run with our top 2 quit or else i wouldve had to pick ooltewah to win region.
