  1. i'll take CBHS by 10, should be a relatively close game
  2. CBHS in memphis has a freshman running back that is second in the league in rushing and has 11 touchdowns--816 yrds in 7 games with 11 tds
  3. CBHS 35 MUS 17 GOD I LOVE IT! neways, good game, was close for a bit until the end of the 3rd
  4. actually we have a state ring, before the split when the highest class was 3a, and we have beaten Brentwood and MBA, so what are you talking about?
  5. i was jus referring to the guys post about having the most rushing yards in the Memphis area. I mean, ur right if it works do it. But if you run the ball everyplay i hope ur team is at the top of the stat chart in rushing. That is what i meant
  6. well when ya'll win a state championship in 5a then bash cbhs for losing the state championship
  7. well i've never seen woodale play but i have seen Houston and i would say Houston played some of its best football but Woodale came out on top. I thought it was going to be a blowout but Houston fought back hard and Woodale jus sat around and didn't even take the game seriously from the looks of it, if they don't watch out, they are gonna get smacked around come playoff time. If Houston had a consistent pass attack, they'd be pretty good in my opinion.....but they don't, so w/e
  8. locastro has only been the head coach for like 6 years.... its ok though, maybe we'll jus wait till Ridgeway and CBHS play, maybe that will answer some questions
  9. well ya'll do run the ball more than any other team in memphis...
  10. i wasn't a player when he told me that so don't worry bout it
  11. well when he first got there with Oher, he was only in the front office from what i understand
  12. yea, i don't think putting 9 in the box is going to help Millington, actually if they put all 22 starters on the field at once i think Ridgeway and their unbelievably great offensive line could still rush for over 75,000 yards and score 2300 points. heck even the Baltimore Ravens couldn't stop the Ridgeway rushing attack...right rhsplaya55?
  13. well, all i said was that is what i heard, and if you are who i think you are, i'm laughing at you right now. neways, if you coach for 25 years, u better have one a state championship or you are pathetic. as far as us "recruiting" some of those kids that were supposed to go to ridgeway didn't play very much for CBHS, the only one i can remember ever having come close to going to ridgeway was Jared Collier and to be honest we could have played without him b/c he didn't produce much with us, he's a hard nosed kid, but def not a big factor as far as playing for us last year. Also, if u know a few kids that were "supposed" to go to Ridgeway, that didn't, please name them and i'll tell you whether or not they were "recruited" and as far as "recruiting" goes, since we do not have any sort of middle school or nething, every player we have has been convinced somehow by someone to come to CBHS. So call it recruiting if you want, but in order to really get people to even come out and play football or any sport at that, there needs to be some sort of convincing and that is all recruiting is, convincing. As far as Cooley being a father figure and blah blah, i don't really care, coaching and worrying about these kids "personal live" are 2 completely different fields. He may be a great father figure and man, but if he was as great a coach as u say he is maybe he'll start coachin up on some passing game. And finally, i never said nething about him not knowing anything about the game, i jus said i heard he was SUBPAR, subpar means, not up to par or not up to expected or anticipated. So.............congrats on #1 i guess
  14. actually, it really doesn't have nething to do w/ Milan or Riverdale, if you notice he had to refer to these 2 teams b/c the statements in which he used to reference his problem were about these 2 teams. So 1) shut up 2) stop trying to sound funny b/c a 4 year old could come up with jokes like those 3) if he would not have used those names, then people would jus ask him which teams he would be referring to anyways so he'd end up saying Milan and Riverdale. he jus came out and stated it right off the bat to get a few questions out of the way.
  15. I don't see Park doing any better in this game than he has been in the past games this season, i see CBHS by 10
  16. as far as CBHS not wanting to play ya'll, i don't think that is true. When we set up the schedule for last year, we scrimmaged Ridgeway in spring practice with about 6 out of the 22 starters actually playing and scored about 6 touchdowns. So to say we didn't want to play ya'll or that we were scared to play ya'll is a load b/c Locastro isn't scared to schedule a game against Cooley b/c he coached w/ Cooley in the all star games and thought is knowledge of the game subpar at best. I don't play for CBHS this year, i graduated, but i was on the team last year and I can tell you right now, i don't care how bad or good we are, we don't not schedule some1 b/c we don't want to play them.
  17. i don't think it is the sole reason for their lack in offensive production, however it is a big factor. Even though Massey isn't a huge offensive weapon in comparison to the likes of the guy from JPII or Coleman is for McCallie, he is still a solid player and hard runner. Parks really doesn't have anyone to really throw the ball to like he did last year, noone has really stepped up like Prokell did last year after Lawhorn left the previous year. Also, i don't think Parks really has his head in the game, because i don't care how awful a support system you have, i don't think neone should be throwing 11 ints and only 2 tds in 7 games. That is jus poor decision making on his part.
  18. yea, park doesn't have Prokell to make him look good, and he doesn't have massey to hand the ball off to
  19. that freshman running back, Eric Watson, is amazing, but with stokes and stallworth on that MUS defense, he's prolly gonna have a hard time doing what he's been doing the past few weeks. But if Park keeps playing the way he's been playing all year for MUS, then CBHS will have no problem beating the heck out of MUS. I think Park has thrown for like 1 td and 10 ints all year, a significant decline in the success he had last year. But what do i know.
  20. going to be an awesome game!! can't wait to go, i will be goin crazy!!
  21. actually he has a front office job at ole miss, he's not really coaching from what i understand
  22. hahaha guess not, those are some big stats to beat
