I agree with Cooga... Ravenwood has definately improved over the past 2 years but so has other teams such as Centennial, Franklin, and Brentwood.

We beat them last year and we are better this year. It will be a close game.

I think if they really want to play don't treat them as girls... if they get hurt or can't take it they can leave but I don't think there is a definate "Let Girls Play" or "Don't Let Girls Play" answer because there are many girls of different shapes and sizes and some may be bigger and tougher than the football players and some might be too "small" to play.

Franklin vs Centennial Battle of Franklin.... whoever wins gets to take the helmet home which is painted half red and half blue. It has been with Franklin so far but I think that will change this year.

This is definately a sexist comment. I am a girl. I only think girls should be able to play if they can step it up to the level the guys are at. I don't think we deserve any special treatment if we want to be on the guys football team.

Yes.... I was there in the stands it was painful. Centennial was running it to run down the time b/c we were winning. We fumbled it and Brentwood had a chance to score a field goal and win. OUCH it hurt....

This year I think Centennial has established better passing this year will use it along with the run. Centennial will have to use passing more effectively than in the past to have a chance to win. WATCH OUT FOR THE COUGARS

I agree with BigDogDaddy about Taryn Holland, the keeper for Franklin, she is amazing but I think Centennial is a strong team as a whole. thumb

I think Centennial can pull it off at their own field with their crazy fans (me included) and high energy level. It will be close. I think Centennial will win 28-27 unless they have major turnover problems like during the BGA game.

The next Centennial game is September 10th at Centennial. Any comments or predictions on this game and any comments about the Centennial win over Ravenwood? Please post. Thanks.
