REGIONALS boys single- Brumit(older) def Brumit in finals. girls singles-Amanda Pike def. a girl from SCHS not sure of her name. boys doubles- Clark/Hurd def. Vanzant/ Leinback. girls doubles- GP girls def. unicoi girls.

Where did you see those ranks, im courious? But anyways trey and his parter linbaugh (sp?) came in second in the doubles behind the other volunteer team, congrats to them on going to regionals. in singles the older brumit def. the younger one in the finals, so they as well are going to the regionals....Good luck to evryone!

volunteer played etown on tuesday and Brumit (the freshman) beat Vanzant 6-0, 6-0

Now..i dont see why theirs a national champion...i guess its just for the heck of it but if theirs no national tournament (that ive heard of) than dont crown a champion...if im correct it is sports writers who hand out the championship...sorry if this is off topic but someone siad something bout dalton georgia who are supposably the best team in the nation...id look to Irmo South Carolina....great team id like to watch these teams play...as far as Tenn. soccer... CAK looks to be really good this year...farragut in AAA isnt as good as they where last year but being the reigning champions theyve earned my respect...dont count them out..Notre dame i believe lost to Mcaallie but teams arent always on their game every night..so in AAA id say right now its a wide open race...A/AA looks like CAK or possibly FRA...DII looks pretty competitive as well ...top eleven teams dont mean anything when A/AA teams arent competing with the AAA and DII schools for the State Crown..their will be 3 champions....thats what i would like to hear everyones opinion on who will get their not who deserves to get their..Rankings dont mean squat

they are going o remake it because if volunteer wins then etown will be tied w/ volunteer for 1st....but they may not because if unicoi beats volunteer today then etown will be in 1st alone.

this may be a little off topic but isnt Science hills starting goal keeper suspended for the rest of his senior season...if tru id have to say science hill would have a much better record...i wouldnt see south beating them with weaver in the net...but i kno colin roister sp? and he is good enough to be a starter...give me some feedback

CAK....maryville...elizabethton...south...knox catholic..EC Glass and jefferson forest both Va schools but very good....Oak ridge...TN high...Dobyns-bennet...it may just be me but thats not such an easy schedule...they are a very good team..

No disrespect.....did not kno that they where that young they sure dont look like that young...they do play like it though...and talking to whoever said when did this become a thread about club teams...most of the success in high school soccer is made up during summer and fall...chemistry is built up...i hadnt heard of any other greeneville clubs around so i assumed that this greenville team was the same one Elizabethton united beat 5-0...either way greenville doesnt compete at same level as hill...ive also seen a/aa teams with tougher schedules...but good luck to you devils

No not at all...i played against them on my club team over the summer and in the fall..so unless they have some prodigy that plays football in stead of soccer in the fall..i dont see how they could be even sized up to teams like science hill...sullivan south..and many other teams in their region

Yes lex finished top 5 in the state in DII cross country i think third to Andrew bumbalough..the best high school distance runner in america...so i wouldnt doubt hes got great speed and endurance...and Boone rodgers or lenoir city..very fast and more importantly he keeps the ball at his feet the whole time...but if your talking bout speed with the ball on your feet look to ryan kind of science hill...and the center midfielder for farragut...hes tough as well

i personally know the freshman and he would not cheat purposely.

he did not cheat and even if he accidentally made 1 bad call its not going to hurt the outcome, i mean the freshman killed him.

first of all, i was there as well and the freshman was not cheating him. and secondly, even if he did play bad, the score still proves that the freshman is better. E-towns freshman will prove himself once again on thursday.

just to let you know trey lost to Elizabethtons #2 freshman 6-2,6-0.
