Hey, Yanker! Congratulations on your big win. This is going to be a tough game; it surely is a good thing the fans aren't playing. We have to play from start to finish. The Clarksville game was not a pretty one, but I think we can still do this.

Hey, Yanker! I hope you are right on both wins. I wish you would get on Parispi.net, hit the arrow for more news, scroll to the game against West Creek, and read the comments. Now the wonderful folks in town are upset because we win too much. Huh? I just don't get these people.

I don't know anything about C'ville schools, but I do know that there is a major advantage to having only one high school in a town: almost everyone in the community is supporting the team and the program. That is necessary if you want a tradition of excellence but hard to get in a city with as many schools as C'ville has. The talent on the field changes for every team each year, but a good program will continue to experience varying degrees of success. I love being a part of the excitement and the atmosphere of a Henry County football game.

Game day, finally. Looks like Yanker might have done his job with the weather forecast, too. We are down from 50% chance of rain to a 10-20% percent chance. He is the YANKER....! He is the YANKER! If the horn is not allowed, then the bands should not be allowed during play either. This has been our biggest complaint about the topic. Our one horn is told not to play, but the opposing band plays entire songs when we have the ball - especially Memphis schools. I fail to see how one horn is more distracting than a whole band. Just be fair on both sides.

HC scouted the game last week. Number 28 was in for a couple of plays. They assumed it was Watson. That's all I know. Maybe someone else was wearing his number. I was not trying to start anything. I assumed it was common knowledge that he was eligible.
