I don't know if Riverdale has the speed covered. I do believe Siegel has some pretty quick girls with good footskills in the middle. This game should be interesting consdering many of the girls played on select teams together and know how to play each other.

There is quite a bit more to do in Chattanooga but we are growing like you would not believe, we just had a whole nice new shopping center put in. It really sounds like a problem with the players more then with the fields. Oh, and Siegel is spelled S-i-e-g-e-l-not like the bird.

Where ever it is, it is just a plain evil course.

I'm just an older sibling, I really don't care where state is, it just seems that murfreesboro being the exact middle of the state would be a good option. I know it is all about money.

I think the best solution would to be to move it to the Richard Siegel Soccer Park in M'boro. None of the high school teams from that area play on those fields and it seemed to have worked pretty well for the boys.

Siegel 1-Franklin 0

Winn is out for 6 weeks-no idea on injury or anything..

All I got over the noisy crowd was that Winn was taken out by two girls. The game was close, Sydney did have to make 11 saves and Siegel came out a bit flat the second half.

Siegel played well tonight and had a good win over Franklin, it was tough game but it sounds like both teams played hard.

I just got off the phone with my little sister and she said. The score was actually Siegel 1-0 over Franklin. Maggie Trollinger scored the game's lone goal in the 12th minute of the first half from 25 yards out. Sydney Dewberry had 11 saves and Kim Conrad played a stellar game in the back. Winn had to be taken to Erlanger.

Why Smyra? We just got a whole new complex, Richard Siegel Park, and it is much better.

To the posters posting about schools having a tradition in winning championships, you seem to be counting out new schools all together. Siegel boys cross country came in second in state their first year. Heck, America won the war for independence. Just because something is new does not mean they can't be good.

What are the fastest times this year for girls 800m? Anybody know how Cookeville or Tullahoma are doing?

If they are the ones with the mascot of a patriot, I don't think they are anything to worry about.
