Was a perfect called game NO, wil it ever be NO! Is that why OS brought home a SILVER BALL NO! 3rd Is Frazier the best single A or coach in the state NO!!!!! If a team has to hold the ball for 11 minutes of a championship game to win how can he be the best coach? Some say it is smart I and a lot of his peers both high school and college coaches say that is not basketball it is CHICKEN-CRAP! 4th THIS IS FOR TSSAA IT IS TIME FOR A SHOT CLOCK IN HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL!!! I know this is on another thread, but it is time for real coaching to begin! If these kids play AAU they have a shot clock and when they move on to college if they do they have one also and if they make to pro ball it will be there again. 5th Mr. Frazier you might not ever want to apply for a college job because you would never make it with STALL BALL!!!

WOW! 1st let me say I don't have a dog in the race and boy I'm glad. However I do have a ? Why are the coaches in Roane Co. Schools hired (I MEAN APPOINTED) only by a principal and or asst. principal/AD? And, when hired/APPOINTED it is only on a year to year basis with the principal having the say so if you stay or go? This is 2006 isn't it??????? Shouldn't there be a hiring committee? How is this handled in other school sys.? Catback why are you so surprised? This has happened in OS over & over & over! Thanks & GO BOBCATS!!!!!!

Hey catback the truck driving OS momma is headed to the school to sell shirts again today! Sorry I haven't been on here. Posters last Friday. Buses and WECO sponsorship spots sales on Monday. T's and a pep rally yesterday. You would think I have a kid on this team, only one by blood(distant cousin) and a bunch in my heart! CLEAR THE ROADS THE TRUCK IN HEATING UP-BEEP,BEEP! LOL Girls remember yes you are young but this is just another game added to your schedule this year, go play it like that so the fans can return to see you again on Friday. GO LADYCATS!!!!

Gosh, I feel last years BS starting all over again. No one was sure this team would make it this far! They lost 4 senior starters from last year and the remaining starter has been hurt all year. Quit being so ugly about OS in general. This is a game where 1 team wins and 1 team loses and no matter what team that is BOTH have a lot to be proud of. These are also kids and I remember arriving @ Unicoi Co. and Elizabethtown 3 of the last 4 years and believe me we weren't welcomed with open arms to those places either! OS fans will WELCOME you, however when the LADYCATS take the floor those girls and that team will be the fans focus and THAT GYM is not usually a very pretty place to be for the opponent. GO LADYCATS!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the compliment bballtn, now Goosevol when have you heard me yelling at him? You know I am most definitely the loudest mouth in the gym and the ring leader for getting the crowd involved. After spending the entire day with the players and cheerleaders I can say we will welcome Unaka to the cage, claws are out and ready! OS wins, don't know or care what the score is as long as it is a W for OS!!!!!!! GO LADYCATS!!!!!!!!!!

I know Wartburg wants a region championship but after looking at the state brackets they would be better off if they were runner up and faced Cosby again in Murfreesboro, imho. If Temple and Cosby/Wartburg wins their region they are on the same side of the state bracket.

Okay girls, we must take care of business tonight! Keep them running and crash the boards you must boxout, jump, and rebound-YOU MUST! Last night the Greenback/Coalfield game was more like football than basketball, so be prepared for a CAT-FIGHT lol. After looking at Greenbacks schedule I would say OS has the advantage but at this time of the year anything can happen. Now, WIN this region championship and host and WIN the sectional game so we can stay on the right side of the state tourney bracket. There is a prediction of the final 4 on another thread and I would like to see it in black and white on paper. Oliver Springs, Jackson County, Red Boling Springs, and Summertown. GO LADYCATS!!!!!!! Remember, I'm just a fan, take this 1 game at a time and you'll do just fine!

Great job last night ladies, I'm so proud of all of you. Copeland keep working, the post player you'll see tonight is really physical she uses her upper body and if she is let get away with it tonight like last night you are going to have to be at your toughest. Kayla, what can I say? Hall was a joy to watch all the years I was in the gym with her and I can honestly say the same about you. Way to handle the pressure last night! Girls Greenback is big and physical but I believe our quickness will prevail us tonight to a win, the OS faithful would LOVE to host a sectional, since it hasn't happened since 1999 (Boys) GO LADYCATS!!!!!!!!!!
