Starting QB and leading rusher both return. Have a good FB in Blake Harvey to fill Cory's shoes. We have Happy Johnson, Ricky Hord, and Tyler Bowen returning as receivers. Tyler missed the whole regular season with an injury, but will contribute next year. Michael Martin should be one of Jacob's main targets from the tight end position next year. He looked good in limited duty this year and has great hands for a tight end. We lose MoMo Stewart at Kicker. (another huge hole to try and fill) We lose the majority of our starting lineman and linebackers. That will be the biggest job for our coaching staff before next season. This years senior class was something special and anyone tied to the program will tell you this was the best team Cascade ever fielded. We fell short of expectations, but it wasn't from lack of heart or effort. Sometimes things just don't go according to plan. Cascade has a big job ahead of them replacing this talented senior class, but the ground work has been laid and there is a lot of talent coming back. If we can get lineman and linebackers ready to fill voids, we should be a playoff contender again next season. Cascade should be alright on offense defense is where the most rebuilding will take place.

Don't worry about him Nique, he's one of the bad ones that makes Cascade look bad. Most Cascade people I've met are pretty good people but the bad ones are just so loud. Kinda like their band(jk!) Ha... that band excuse was the funniest thing i've ever seen. you don't get back of the year for no reason but me being biased i block for cory and matt so id take either one but yeah i don't think rb from chapel hill needs to defend himself bc of one bad game. i know he ate us up year b4 last.

you fans are talking trash already? all Cascade proved is that they are not any better than any other year,as long as you have Parker as a coach you won't turn the corner and you will not get past the first round of the playoffs,Parker's pride is what gets ya'll beat, he does not let his coaches do whats needed to win and he does not have his best players on both sides of the ball ,this is 1a football you have got to have your best on the field at all times somebody aint gotta clue what they are talking about..

I think the coaches tried not to lose instead of trying to win,what do you think? No way can you blame the coaches now.They got us here.

Not only does cascade return 5 seniors, but they also have 7 returning juniors.

How did the scrimmage with DCA and Cascade turn out? I heard that the Champs moved the ball well. How did DCA look ? Can they go far in 2A? Just wondering I haven't heard much about it. Cascade did alot better against dca than watertown..defense still needs some work but the offense did alot better again alot better players..no offense to watertown..dca looks like they will be good pretty young i think though..

From the teams weve played Id say CA: The RB #24 i think dont rememeber ne one else McEwen: #36 the full back and LB, Hendrix just cuz hes their only back with a lot of yards, he has the worst fumblitis ive ever seen though, and if you watch him on tape u know when and where hes gettin the ball every play Cascade: QB was the only one who really did ne thing against us....line was decent but Our O-line knocked em around all game and D line did well 2. but #55 i think was prolly yheir best lineman Not all sate thought like he supposeldy was supposed to be Jo Byrns: Clay Head (great stats and runs the offense awesome) Tramont Moody (if it wasnt for him those linebackers wouldnt do any thing, no offense but hes the one who gets double temas and frees yall up) reciever Parker Hollman( great reciever) and RB Colton Morris (didnt do much against us but has against other teams) How can u judge someones play when he is on one leg? 55s ankle was severly sprained when we played you.You knocked us round all night? ur crazy.

Should be a good game. Eagleville has alot more speed than last year. Defense is very quick and a very quick running back. Cascade has there hands full but i think they can step up and play should be a very good game.

CASCADE54 SOMEBODY NEEDS TO WAKE YOU UP. I WAS AT THE GAME AND YOUR BIG LINE GOT THEIR BUTTS KICK ALL OVER THE FIELD. YOU SHOULD HAVE GOT M0RE PENALTES FOR RUNNING YALLS MOUTH AT THE OFFICIALS WHEN THEY CALLED HOLDING PENALTYS ON YOU. BOTH TEAMS PLAYED WELL WE JUST FUMBLED THE BALL TO MUCH. ONCE ON 20 AND ONCE ON THE 10. GOOD LUCK TO YOU THE REST OF THE YEAR. NO our line didnt get beat but i guess thats why we ran the ball so good?? Yes i agree cascade has some problems with running our mouth. AND i never got a holding call thankyou.

Mt Pleasant played kenwood's jv because cascade backed out at the last moment! yes thye could have scored a 100, but they were playing mostly 9th and 10th graders! mt pleasant will be tough again! Cascade backed out 4 or 5 weeks ago.Dont think thats the last moment..

Ok to clear things up.. cascade moved the ball on both teams.. cascade scored a few times on jackson, and for sure once on Gville... Gville did stay more hyped.. although cascade and jackson had been playin a lil while and had to go in the locker room due to storms which ruined their moods.. Gville tried gettin some low blows.. Gvile has a good team they will be a team to watch.. but cheap players!.. jackson has some work to go they have some weapons on their team that if they learn how to use correctyl could help their team out drastically.. cascade.. has alot of work to do .. need to be more organized.. i say by season they will have it together.. Cascade scored on the last play of a 10 play drive.We ran it up the middle on every play.They got all hype when we scored on the last play i dont know why..

How will Cascade be this year? I think that they have most of their O-Line back, but the are still young and can't really move. Don't get me wrong I have heard that they are really strong kids, but what good is it if they can't move their feet and block someone? Their best lineman is going to be a sophomore, Armstrong, but will he have any kind of help? That was their problem last year, and Gallagher had to run for his life week after week after week. I know that Coach Parker will have them ready, but will it be enough? Can they replace Gallagher good enough to make a move in their new region? Let me hear what ya'll think. thumb cascade should have a very good o line and the armstrong kid aint the best there of 3 better than him for sure.we should have a good qb in place for the season we have 3 tryin to get the job.

I found the answer on Murphy Fair's web site. McEwen did lose to JoByrns in a close one. JoByrns was1-6 and has a lot of returning players. McEwen was 0-7 plus they lost quite a view seniors thus I picked JoByrns higher than McEwen. Maybe it should be Nashville Christian that needs to be picked higher, sheer speculation. It could be a season full of surprises. I would like to hear more about the old region 5 teams, I know very little about them. i was wondering why most of everyone is picking cascade no. 1?

OK, SINCE THIS ABOUT THE NEW REGION 5, I WANTED TO GIVE MY OPPINION ON THE REMAINING ORIGINAL REGION 5 TEAMS HAVE PRETTY MUCH GOT TO FIGHT THIS REGION. HERE ARE MY RANKINGS AND WHY. 1) CASCADE--- DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT THEM (IM FROM REGION 5) BUT THE DID HAVE THE BEST RECORD LAST YEAR OF OUR NEW REGION, AND I'VE HEARD THAT THEY ARE A STRONG TEAM AND SHOULD CONTINUE 2) NASHVILLE CHRISTIAN--- WAS THE TOP REMAINING TEAM OF REGION 5 AFTER THE "ICKY SHUFFLE" AND HAS ALMOST DOUBLED THEIR TEAM SIZE. THEY PICKED UP A NEW WIDE RECIEVER AND TIGHT END GIVING THEM A VERY STRONG PASSING GAME(PRIDICTING ATLEAST ONE WR AS ALL STATE) AND A STEPPING UP SENIOR FOLLOWING IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF JASON VANATTA. BUT I HEAR THAT THEY ARE IN A COACH PROBLEM, SO WHO KNOWS. 3) WHITE HOUSE--- STRICTLY UNDER THE FEELING THAT THE SCHOOL IS STARTING TO SETTLE DOWN INTO THEIR RANKS AND ARE DUE FOR A GOOD SEASON IN A SPORT. 4)MCEWEN---THOUGH THEY LOST THEIR TEAM LEADER BUBBA DEWEENI (SP) AND HAD A VERY BAD SEASON LAST YEAR, I FEEL THAT IT WAS A BUILDING YEAR FOR THE TEAM AND WILL DO WELL AFTER THE UPLIFTING OF THE ALPHABET CURSE. 5)FORREST--- 2004 RECORD 6)JO BYRNS--- 2004 RECORD 7)EAGLEVILLE--- 2004 RECORD 8)CLARKSVILLE ---2004 RECORD--- OR LACK THERE OF PLEASE TELL ME IF YOU FEEL IM MAKING A MISTAKE AND WHY. i hope cascade would be on top of this region.we havent ever won a region championship before.i think eagleville needs more respect here they were a young team last year and in my opionion we only beat them that bad b/c of some special team plays.forest will have a good team i think also i dont know why these old region 6 teams arent getting any respect besides cascade.you cant judge a team on what they did last year.i cant comment on any other teams b/c i have no info bout them..

I think you are going to be real surprised how good the old region 6 teams are. In my opinion they are going to dominate region 5 this year. I could be wrong but I don,t think so. Cascade, Eagleville and Forrest could finish 123. i would agree with what you said
