  1. I told you earlier in the season that they were going to blow up!!! Their Mvp couldn't stop Jarrell, she didn't even try!!! She is good on offense, but where is she at on defense and just think everyone say she is a good dominant post player. A dominant player is one that can play on both ends. Not just offense. Coach Moore needs to learn that she can not count on her post player as just being an offensive threat, she needs to help out on the defensive end also, just my opinion!!! All the way to state Oakland!!!!!
  2. I beg to differ, I attended the game to see what the region had in stored with Columbia, and I what I saw, was girls getting relief from the game, storming off the floor and sitting down with a lot of attitude, that looks like a group that is really playing together. And you had players just doing what they wanted to do instead of running obvious plays and you had players that wouldn't even look at the coach, when she was trying to talk to them about what went on. So they may make it to the state but I look for a first round lost, like last time until she can get her players on the same page and run the team herself, instead of letting players tell her excuses on why they made their mistake. And I am just stating my opinion, and I don't want anyone getting mad, this is just my opionion, but let just look at this:: Is the coach running the team or the players running the coach. Otherwise, much props to the coach, she has done so much with this team, and I wish her continued success, but she needs to step back and take a good look at her team before state tournament.
  3. adios, you had a post earlier that is missing and I would like to comment on that one about your choice, what happen to the post.
  4. In the coaches eyes and listening to the radio, I think Coach Moore only sees what Ross brings to the floor.
  5. my choice also (nancy) but sometimes the engine needs a tuneup
  6. maybe someone in 10AA can help me with questions that I have a MVP. is it base on scoring and only district games? or is it base on all games played throughout the year? or is it just base on scoring? or is it base on an all around player, who has the attitude, provide the leadership, can score, play defense, etc......
  7. Does stats includes all games or just district games? And someone can score 30 points every game, and not play defense well, or you have some that may score 8pt a game but can play defense better than anyone on the team. What I would like to know, is does this just goes for district games or all games played so far, and who does the voting?
  8. And another question is it just base on district games, or how a person has played thus far this season?
  9. Question???? Is the MVP base on points, or is it base on attitude, assist, rebounds, or just an all around game of the particular person? And who gets to vote for this person?
  10. The Bullock girl is also of the McFall family. I think her and Jennifer McFall is first cousin
  11. Yes and it goes with the good doctor. And I am so close you can reach out and touch me. Let the truth be known.
  12. She is just an average joe, who is not capable of running with the starting 5 and her father is the one that gets on here and try to build her up. Just like they did their other daughter in Culleoka. Central girls better watch out because she will have a 1000 points in one season.
  13. Granted, Columbia guards was a little shaken, but I witness the same thing with the assistant and that was terrible on the ref's side. Columbia guards needs a lot of work in order for them to make it to the region. It seems to me that the post player was a better guard then the true guards as far as getting the ball down the court. But as I say time will tell and we will see how far Columbia will pan out this year. As for the Patriots Go all the way.
  14. I have to bring this thread back to the top. And I know that I am going to make a lot of my hometown people really mad. But the girls game was absolutely terrible. I mean, I am glad we won, but come on the referees need to be reprimanded with the game that they called, they really needed to be evaluated by their boss last night. Like I said I know I am going to make some of the hometown people mad. But the truth is the truth and if it hurts oh well get over it. Columbia, regardless of the town, you do have a really good team. Oakland, I just pray and hope that the homecooking will not come back and bite you in the butt.
  15. Columbia is not in my district, but believe me when I say Showtime, is really praying that somehow Shelbyville will be in the running. If any team is going to have problems it will be Shelbyville, because they keep the girls to upset to play ball for them. don't get me wrong, it is a good thing to be tough on a player, but some player cant hang with the pressure.
