Ain't gonna happen tim. Sorry. I am wondering why you are so interested in watching a game that took place a month ago and where White House was beaten by 15 points. We have a game tonight against Greenbrier that will be put in probably Saturday and then we have 3 games next week. Not any time to run a month old game.

Great game for L. Black. She ended up with 25 points, hitting 7 3-point baskets. This coming a night after the entire team went 0 for whatever from the 3-point strip. Also, K. Armstrong had two huge free throws with 4.1 seconds on the clock to send the game into overtime. She didn't hit the rim on either of the two free throws. Good win for the team and hopefully they have something now to build on for the district run.

For whatever the reason, Coach Spencer must have decided not to play the Ensworth game. It was filmed but never put in the DVD player. The girls game against Clay County was not recorded. I had family Christmas plans that caused us to miss that particular game.

We taped the Ensworth and TN Temple game but didn't tape the Sycamore game. Not sure why the TN Temple game got on before Ensworth.

We'll hopefully be airing the boys tourney games from this weekend and the girls tourney games next weekend over the Christmas break. Not much sense in airing a game a couple weeks old.

One of the coaches had the dvd to make his copy. By the time he was ready to get it in the player, we had played Westmoreland and it just got skipped.

Yes we did but there were other issues that didn't allow it to make it on Comcast. We did not tape the Smith County game. The guy with all the video/sound equipment couldn't make it because of sickness in his family. Hopefully we will be there Thursday night at home to get it taped and on Comcast.

When we played East Robertson, we dressed approximately 10 players. Two are seniors, one junior, six sophomores and one freshman. Looking at the roster and trying to pick out the names of the players I know play football, there were at least 12 I recognized and I'm sure more I didn't. The starting line-up against East Robertson had only one person that will start once the football team rests and gets back on the hard court. Wouldn't postpone because most of the team isn't here yet... Great opportunity for some of the younger players to get time in a game and that may be helpful later in the year.

I hate these threads when several "holier than thou" folks get on and start pointing out spelling errors. Who flippin' cares if something is spelled wrong. This is a high school sports thread, not English 101. If there is something spelled wrong and you can decipher what it is supposed to be, read it and move along. Not going to make a prediction cause I know absolutely nothing about kc, but I'm sure hoping the Devils come away victorious.

If White House gets continually ripped by the double handoff, then why didn't sc stay with that play and win the last two match-ups between the teams???? Hummmmm, maybe they don't get ripped all the time and sc had to try something else that didn't work either...

I for one am SOOOO glad White House hung that final 7 points on the bison. There were many cheap shots taken by sc that weren't called early in the game and then when White House took control, the cheap shots only got worse. Finally, the refs started throwing the flags and sc got hit with 3 personal fouls and 1 unsportsmanship penalty. #16 was one of the worst with #5 picking up one that was just inexcusable. I think if all that hadn't been going on the entire game, White House wouldn't have tried to score and let the game end up 28-12. It's the same crap that happened a few weeks back when we WON at sc. There isn't but one team in high school football team that I have no respect for and we spanked them 35-12 last night. I'm aware it's not the entire team that has the poor sportsmanship mentality, but those few that do sure does make it easy to dislike the whole program.

According to the schedule I saw for 2009, White House will host Station Camp on September 11th. Bragging rights from tonights game could only last just a bit under a year. Take it to 'em DEVILS !!!!!

Great post Cat2.... You have definitely gotten my morning started off with a great laugh. I'm not a bleach bottle BB shaker, but when I traveled to DeKalb a few weeks ago, I had to sit right next to that crew. I had never been so glad to see White House have a long substained offensive drive than I was that night. I think sometime late Saturday afternoon I started getting my hearing back. So from the other side of the field, the White House fans look that crazy....??????

Hate to hear this news. It will effect the White House programs as well.

Oh definitely, I didn't invent it but I do think it started right up here in White House... **this too, a joke** It does amaze me how it apparently infuriates others when some people from the small community of White House are proud of their team and let it be known. They see the name "White House" in the thread title and yet get on the thread just to complain that people are there talking about how good their 9-1 team is this year. I'm used to it by now and I just /roflolk.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflolk:" border="0" alt="roflolk.gif" /> when I read it.

Please telling me you are kidding with your statement above !!!! Instead of 21-0 at the end of the 1st quarter, we made it 22-0 and that is bad sportmanship? There are 3 quarters of ball to be played. If we had gone for 2 late in the 4th up 51-14, I'd have to agree with you. Not at the point in the game the 2-point conversion took place.

Everytime I've been on the boards reading, I've been looking for the "tail-tail" signs of the fish as well. I'm figuring it won't be much longer....

Nope, it hasn't been fixed. I don't quite understand why we can't invest a little money and take care of that. It's something that bothers me and I'm on the home side.... Sometimes you can't really hear what's being said from where I sit. I've been to several venues this year that have awesome sound systems.
